Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种胶框,其包括框体,所述框体的内侧设有一圈向上延伸的凸起,所述框体的上表面位于所述凸起的外侧设有安装面;本实用新型还提供一种背光模组结构,其包括前框、显示面板、胶带和上述所述的胶框,所述前框盖设于所述安装面上,所述显示面板搭设在所述胶框的内侧,所述胶带从所述前框的上表面贴覆到所述凸起的上表面,并从所述凸起的上表面延伸贴覆到所述显示面板的上表面;本实用新型还提供一种显示装置,其包括上述所述的背光模组结构。本实用新型通过胶框上凸起的设置,能够解决胶带和显示面板之间的漏光问题。

一种胶框、背光模组结构和显示装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种胶框、背光模组结构和显示装置。
背景技术
用于电子绘画平板的模组为兼顾强度和防尘要求采用的是前框2和胶带3组合,如图1和图2所示,目前的结构是前框2设置在胶框1上,前框2的开口内侧与胶框1的开口内侧平齐,胶带3只贴覆在显示面板4和前框2上,容易因为胶框1与背板之间的卡和间隙、及前框2的平坦度问题导致前框2的开口处局部存在向外翘的情况,会拉扯胶带3使得胶带3局部与显示面板4之间贴合不稳定,最终可以看到胶带3和显示面板4之间存在漏光的现象。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种胶框、背光模组结构和显示装置,能够解决胶带和显示面板之间的漏光问题。
第一方面,本实用新型提供一种胶框,其包括框体,所述框体的内侧设有一圈向上延伸的凸起,所述框体的上表面位于所述凸起的外侧设有安装面。
第二方面,本实用新型还提供一种背光模组结构,其包括前框、显示面板、胶带和上述所述的胶框,所述前框盖设于所述安装面上,所述显示面板搭设在所述胶框的内侧,所述胶带从所述前框的上表面贴覆到所述凸起的上表面,并从所述凸起的上表面延伸贴覆到所述显示面板的上表面。
进一步地,所述凸起的上表面与所述前框的上表面平齐。
进一步地,所述胶框的内侧设有向内延伸的搭接部,所述显示面板的外侧搭设在所述搭接部上。
进一步地,所述显示面板的上表面与所述凸起的上表面平齐。
第三方面,本实用新型还提供一种显示装置,其包括上述所述的背光模组结构。
由上述技术方案可知,本实用新型基于对胶框的结构改进,采用在胶框的框体内侧设置一圈向上延伸的凸起,框体的上表面位于所述凸起的外侧设有安装面,通过将前框盖设于安装面上,显示面板搭设在所述胶框的内侧,利用胶带从所述前框的上表面贴覆到所述凸起的上表面,并从所述凸起的上表面延伸贴覆到所述显示面板的上表面,由于凸起的存在,保证了胶带能够贴覆到胶框上,使得前框出现外翘的时候,只会拉扯贴在胶框上的胶带,从而保证了胶带和显示面板的直接贴覆宽度,确保不会出现胶带漏光。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
如图3所示,为本实用新型提供的一种背光模组结构,其包括前框2、胶框1、显示面板4和胶带3,所述胶框1包括框体,所述框体的内侧设有一圈向上延伸的凸起11,所述框体的上表面位于所述凸起11的外侧设有安装面13,所述前框2盖设于所述安装面13上,具体地,所述前框2的中部优选设有矩形开口,形成中空的框架结构,所述前框2的矩形开口内侧可以靠在所述凸起11的外侧,当然也可以在两者之间留有间隙;优选地,所述凸起11的上表面与所述前框2的上表面平齐,所述显示面板4搭设在所述胶框1的内侧,所述胶带3从所述前框2的上表面贴覆到所述胶框1的凸起11的上表面,并从所述凸起11的上表面延伸贴覆到所述显示面板4的上表面;由于设置了所述凸起11,从而保证了胶带3能够贴覆到胶框1上,使得前框2出现外翘的时候,如图4所示,只会拉扯贴在胶框1上的胶带3,从而保证了胶带3和显示面板4的直接贴覆宽度,确保不会出现胶带3漏光。另外,由于设置了所述凸起11,还可以增大前框2的矩形开口尺寸,节省材料;而且也可以降低对前框2与胶框1的配合精度要求。
为了方便所述显示面板4与胶框1之间的定位,如图3或图4所示,所述胶框1的内侧设有向内延伸的搭接部12,所述显示面板4的外侧搭设在所述搭接部12上。
进一步地,所述显示面板4的上表面与所述凸起11的上表面平齐,从而减小了前框2与显示面板4之间的高度差,优化了整体结构。
另外,本实用新型还提供了一种显示装置,其包括上述所述的背光模组结构,通过设置所述背光模组结构,可以保证显示面板4不会出现胶带3漏光。
由此可以看出,本实用新型结构设置巧妙,能够确保显示面板4与胶带3之间不会出现漏光。
在本实用新型的描述中需要说明的是,凸起11朝向胶框1与前框2贴合的表面延伸为向“上”延伸;靠近显示面板4的一侧为“内”侧,远离显示面板4的一侧为“外”侧,方位描述仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。

1.一种胶框,其特征在于,包括框体,所述框体的内侧设有一圈向上延伸的凸起,所述框体的上表面位于所述凸起的外侧设有安装面。
2.一种背光模组结构,包括前框、显示面板和胶带,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1所述的胶框,所述前框盖设于所述安装面上,所述显示面板搭设在所述胶框的内侧,所述胶带从所述前框的上表面贴覆到所述凸起的上表面,并从所述凸起的上表面延伸贴覆到所述显示面板的上表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组结构,其特征在于,所述凸起的上表面与所述前框的上表面平齐。
4.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组结构,其特征在于,所述胶框的内侧设有向内延伸的搭接部,所述显示面板搭设在所述搭接部上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的背光模组结构,其特征在于,所述显示面板的上表面与所述凸起的上表面平齐。
6.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求2-5所述的背光模组结构。
