Abstract

本发明公开了一种双胶框背光模组,包括矩形背板、主胶框和副胶框,所述主胶框为三条胶条依次垂直连接而成,所述副胶框为单条胶条;所述背板的四边翻边并形成侧板,该背板的背光源所在一侧的侧板外壁固定安装所述副胶框,该背板另外三边的侧板内壁分别对应所述主胶框的三条胶条并固定安装。本发明一种双胶框背光模组,针对现有技术缺陷进行针对设计,将胶框分成两个部分分别安装,能够在PCBA的位置离BLU边缘较远的情况进行应用。

Description

一种双胶框背光模组
技术领域
本发明属于背光模组技术领域,具体的说,涉及一种双胶框背光模组。
背景技术
近年来,包括液晶显示技术在内的平板显示技术得到了长足的发展,已经逐步取代了阴极射线管(CRT)显示技术。对于液晶显示器来说,其包含液晶面板(cell)及给液晶面板提供光源的背光模组(BackLight Unit,BLU)。背光模组一般具有如导光板与其它光学元件、以及用于固定导光板与其它光学元件的边框结构,功能在于供应充足的亮度与分布均匀的光源,使其能正常显示影像。现有背光模组中,都采用单胶框设计,但是由于某些特殊结构限制,如:PCBA的位置离FPC边缘较远等,这种结构下的胶框无法设计为一个整体,但是将胶框分成至少2部分的结构需要克服对膜片支撑以及其自身安装的问题,同步保证整体强度。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种双胶框背光模组,针对现有技术缺陷进行针对设计,将胶框分成两个部分分别安装,能够在PCBA的位置离FPC边缘较远的情况进行应用。
本发明目的是这样实现的:一种双胶框背光模组,其关键在于:包括矩形背板、主胶框和副胶框,所述主胶框为三条胶条依次垂直连接而成,所述副胶框为单条胶条;所述背板的四边翻边并形成侧板,该背板的背光源所在一侧的侧板外壁固定安装所述副胶框,该背板另外三边的侧板内壁分别对应所述主胶框的三条胶条并固定安装。
采用上述结构,主胶框安装位置与现有技术相似,但是副胶框的安装位置位于背板相应侧的侧板外侧,完全与主胶框分离,从而适用于PCBA的位置离FPC边缘较远的情况。
进一步地,上述背板的背光源所在一侧的侧板上边向背板中部延伸设有支撑条,该支撑条与背板底部之间形成背光源安装空间。采用上述结构,支撑条起到定位PCBA的作用。
优选地,上述主胶框的两端设有与背板背光源所在边的两端直角相适应的90度折弯,该折弯的内侧均设有支撑凸台,该支撑凸台的顶面与所述支撑条的顶面齐平。采用该结构,同样能够定位PCBA,而且还能对膜片进行支撑定位。
进一步地,上述主胶框的三条胶条与所述背板底部和侧板之间通过第一固定胶带粘接固定;所述主胶框的三条胶条的上表面设有遮光胶带。采用该结构,主胶框的两面与背板粘接固定,防止内陷或移动漏光,同时遮光胶带能够进一步防止漏光。
进一步地,上述主胶框的两个转角和两个折弯处均设有支撑凸起,所述背板的四角对应所述支撑凸起,在相应处的所述侧板上开有与所述支撑凸起相配合的缺口,所述支撑凸起卡入所述缺口并限位;所述支撑凸起的上表面高度高于所述支撑凸台并与所述副胶框的上表面齐平。采用该结构,支撑凸起能够支撑玻璃面板,防止面板压爆。
进一步地,上述主胶框的折弯部的外壁设有卡接凸起,所述侧板的相应位置设有卡接口,所述卡接凸起卡入所述卡接口并定位所述主胶框。采用该结构,利于主胶框的定位固定,防止主胶框发生移动,同时提高安装效率。
进一步地,上述副胶框的粘接面设有内陷的定位槽,该副胶框的粘接面通过定位槽与相应侧的所述侧板进行定位。采用该结构,通过定位槽进行定位安装,提高副胶框的定位安装,提高安装的稳定性和安装效率。
进一步地,上述副胶框的下侧边缘沿着背板下表面延伸设有增大固定面积的固定条。采用该结构,增大副胶框与背板连接的面积,提高副胶框安装的稳定性。
优选地,上述副胶框和固定条分别与侧板的外壁和所述背板下表面通过第二固定胶带粘接固定。采用该结构,副胶框和固定条与背板的连接面均全面通过第二固定胶带粘接,固定更加牢固。
优选地,上述副胶框的中部开有用于穿过背光源接线端过孔。采用该结构,利于背光源接线端的穿出安装。
有益效果:
本发明一种双胶框背光模组,针对现有技术缺陷进行针对设计,将胶框分成两个部分分别安装,能够在PCBA的位置离FPC边缘较远的情况进行应用。

下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
如图1和2和3和4所示:一种双胶框背光模组,由矩形背板1、主胶框2和副胶框3组成,所述主胶框2为三条胶条依次垂直连接而成,所述副胶框3为单条胶条;所述背板1的四边翻边并形成侧板,该背板1的背光源所在一侧的侧板外壁固定安装所述副胶框3,该背板1另外三边的侧板内壁分别对应所述主胶框2的三条胶条并固定安装;
如图1和2和3和4所示:所述主胶框2的三条胶条与所述背板1底部和侧板之间通过第一固定胶带6粘接固定;所述主胶框2的三条胶条的上表面设有遮光胶带7。所述背板1的背光源所在一侧的侧板上边向背板1中部延伸设有支撑条4,该支撑条4与背板1底部之间形成背光源安装空间。所述主胶框2的两端设有与背板1背光源所在边的两端直角相适应的90度折弯,该折弯的内侧均设有支撑凸台5,该支撑凸台5的顶面与所述支撑条4的顶面齐平。所述主胶框2的两个转角和两个折弯处均设有支撑凸起8,所述背板1的四角对应所述支撑凸起8,在相应处的所述侧板上开有与所述支撑凸起8相配合的缺口9,所述支撑凸起8卡入所述缺口9并限位;所述支撑凸起8的上表面高度高于所述支撑凸台5并与所述副胶框3的上表面齐平。所述主胶框2的折弯部的外壁设有卡接凸起10,所述侧板的相应位置设有卡接口11,所述卡接凸起10卡入所述卡接口11并定位所述主胶框2。
如图1和2和3和4所示:所述副胶框3的粘接面设有内陷的定位槽12,该副胶框3的粘接面通过定位槽12与相应侧的所述侧板进行定位。所述副胶框3的下侧边缘沿着背板1下表面延伸设有增大固定面积的固定条13。所述副胶框3和固定条13分别与侧板的外壁和所述背板1下表面通过第二固定胶带14粘接固定。所述副胶框3的中部开有用于穿过背光源接线端过孔15。

Claims (7)

1.一种双胶框背光模组,其特征在于:包括矩形背板(1)、主胶框(2)和副胶框(3),所述主胶框(2)为三条胶条依次垂直连接而成,所述副胶框(3)为单条胶条;所述背板(1)的四边翻边并形成侧板,该背板(1)的背光源所在一侧的侧板外壁固定安装所述副胶框(3),该背板(1)另外三边的侧板内壁分别对应所述主胶框(2)的三条胶条并固定安装;
所述背板(1)的背光源所在一侧的侧板上边向背板(1)中部延伸设有支撑条(4),该支撑条(4)与背板(1)底部之间形成背光源安装空间;
所述主胶框(2)的两端设有与背板(1)背光源所在边的两端直角相适应的90度折弯,该折弯的内侧均设有支撑凸台(5),该支撑凸台(5)的顶面与所述支撑条(4)的顶面齐平;
所述主胶框(2)的两个转角和两个折弯处均设有支撑凸起(8),所述背板(1)的四角对应所述支撑凸起(8),在相应处的所述侧板上开有与所述支撑凸起(8)相配合的缺口(9),所述支撑凸起(8)卡入所述缺口(9)并限位;所述支撑凸起(8)的上表面高度高于所述支撑凸台(5)并与所述副胶框(3)的上表面齐平;
其中所述支撑凸起(8)和副胶框(3)用于支撑液晶显示模组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双胶框背光模组,其特征在于:所述主胶框(2)的三条胶条与所述背板(1)底部和侧板之间通过第一固定胶带(6)粘接固定;所述主胶框(2)的三条胶条的上表面设有遮光胶带(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双胶框背光模组,其特征在于:所述主胶框(2)的折弯部的外壁设有卡接凸起(10),所述侧板的相应位置设有卡接口(11),所述卡接凸起(10)卡入所述卡接口(11)并定位所述主胶框(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双胶框背光模组,其特征在于:所述副胶框(3)的粘接面设有内陷的定位槽(12),该副胶框(3)的粘接面通过定位槽(12)与相应侧的所述侧板进行定位。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双胶框背光模组,其特征在于:所述副胶框(3)的下侧边缘沿着背板(1)下表面延伸设有增大固定面积的固定条(13)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种双胶框背光模组,其特征在于:所述副胶框(3)和固定条(13)分别与侧板的外壁和所述背板(1)下表面通过第二固定胶带(14)粘接固定。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种双胶框背光模组,其特征在于:所述副胶框(3)的中部开有用于穿过背光源接线端过孔(15)。
