随着社会的需求和平滑门的发展,现在市场上吊挂式的平滑移动门因为移动噪音小,安装方便、美观,安装时不需要在地上安装滑轨,所以在室内装修上得到了广泛的应用,但是现在市场上的移动门缓冲吊轮都是单向缓冲,使得门要实现双向缓冲就需要门的两边各装一条缓冲吊轮才可以实现,但这样一来门宽度不足时就无法实现这种双向安装了,而且这样双向安装成本高,安装平行度要求也高,从而带来很多不便。

本实用新型的目的是提供移动门一体式双向缓冲吊轮,它一条缓冲吊轮就能实现双向缓冲,可以方便安装在小宽度的移动门上,大大减少了安装成本和安装难度,而且使用噪音小、移动顺畅、使用寿命长、美观、实用。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是在外壳,滑轮,夹盖,缓冲缸,复位拉簧,滑块的基础上,其特点是外壳内设置有两条平行的滑轨,滑轨的两端头带弧度地向下弯曲,两块滑块分别通过凸钉一左一右对称地安装在滑轨上;缓冲缸安装在两滑块之间,缓冲缸的缸体与一边的滑块尾端相铰接,缓冲缸的伸缩杆与另一边的滑块尾端相铰接;在两滑块之间安装有复位拉簧,滑块的顶部凸起有两块相隔一定距离的凸台。
本实用新型的工作原理是通过凸台碰撞缓冲吊轮安装架上的固定触点实现移动门反向拉动时,滑块受力滑入弯曲滑轨内扣紧,使缓冲缸一端固定,当移动门正向推动时,滑块碰撞缓冲吊轮安装架上的固定触点,滑块受力从滑轨的弯曲段滑出,使缓冲缸一端起缓冲作用,如此门从那端拉出时那端的滑块就滑入弯曲滑轨内扣紧,推到那端时滑块就触发从那端的弯曲滑轨滑出起缓冲作用,实现了一条吊轮双向缓冲效果,大大降低了安装和生产成本,同时也让这类移动门安装更加方便,滑行更加顺畅,噪音更加小。

具体实施方式
根据图1、图2所示,本实用新型在外壳1,滑轮2,夹盖5,缓冲缸4,复位拉簧6,滑块3的基础上,其特点是外壳1内设置有两条平行的滑轨7,滑轨7的两端头带弧度地向下弯曲,两块滑块3分别通过凸钉8一左一右对称地安装在滑轨7上;缓冲缸4安装在两滑块3之间,缓冲缸4的缸体与左边的滑块尾端相铰接,缓冲缸4的伸缩杆与右边的滑块尾端相铰接;在两滑块3之间安装有复位拉簧6,滑块3的顶部凸起有两块相隔一定距离的凸台9,凸台9是三角形而且平行对称凸起,两直角面向内相对,两斜面向外,而且滑块安装到滑轨上之后凸台9是凸出在外壳1顶部之外的。
