Abstract
一种使用于石油、化工等行业容器，灌体，储槽的防冻、保温、加热用的挠性电热板，由镍铬合金电热箔、金属网和绝缘层组成。使用时，利用硅胶粘剂粘贴于容器表面，通电后即起防冻、保温、加热之用，且具有施工方便，使用可靠等特点。
Description
本发明涉及一种挠性电热板，该电热板可广泛应用于石油，化工等行业的容器，灌体，储槽的防冻、保温和加热。
上述容器，灌体，储槽的防冻、保温和加热，过去均采用管状电热元件加热的方法来完成。采用这种方法必须对容器进行改造或针对容器设计专门的管状电热元件，故存在费用高、安装复杂等问题。近年来出现的电热带缠绕在容器上加热、保温的方法，亦存在缠绕麻烦及在已有保温层的容器上使用需拆去全部保温层等问题。
本实用新型的任务是提供一种挠性电热板。该电热板使用于石油、化工等行业容器，灌体，储槽的防冻、保温、加热之用，具有安装、使用方便、费用低，在已有保温层的容器上使用，仅需拆去部分保温层等优点。
其解决方案见附图，附图是该电热板的结构示意图。其中3是电热元件，该电热元件由镍铬合金电热箔制成。电热元件3上复盖有金属网2，其作用是抗静电、防爆和增加电热板的强度。电热元件3和金属网2采用硫化压铸的方法铸入有机绝缘底层4和有机绝缘面层1中，但电热元件3的二电极露出面层1外，电极亦可接入接线盒5中，接线盒5通过螺钉或粘结的方式固定在绝缘面层1上。本例中绝缘层的材料为硅橡胶。
使用时，在灌体，储槽或其它容器所需部位涂上硅胶粘剂（对已有保温层的容器需先拆去粘贴部位的保温层），将电热板底层4之外表面粘贴其上，并加复保温层，电极或接线盒5则留在保温层外和电源相接。通电后，电热元件3产生的热量通过绝缘底层4向容器扩散，形成温度场，从而达到加热保温之效果。
多块电热板并联使用，可加大保温面积。
Claims (3)
1、一种用于容器防冻、保温、加热的挠性电热板，由电热元件3和复盖在其上的有机绝缘层1和4组成，其特征是电热元件3由镍铬合金电热箔制成，在有机绝缘层1和电热元件3之间有金属网2。
2、一种按照权利要求1所说的挠性电热板，其特征是在所说的有机绝缘层1上固定有接线盒5。
3、一种按照权利要求1或2所说的挠性电热板，其特征是所说的有机绝缘层1和4的材料为硅橡胶。
