本实用新型涉及一种包装切印机械，尤其涉及一种切印一体机。
背景技术
切印一体机为裁切、印刷一次成型的机械，生产效率较高，适用于成卷的卷材生产。但在实际生产中却存在很大的局限性，1、只能生产成卷的卷材，切完后的单片产品不能生产，致使很多调机裁切产品不能继续印刷。若单独购置印刷设备则成本太高。2、尺寸太大和太小的产品无法切印。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对不足，提供一种适用范围广、切印效果好的切印一体机。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：
一种切印一体机，包括裁切机和印刷机，裁切机与印刷机之间设有支架，支架上相对旋转连接有传送带，其特征在于，支架上、传送带左右两侧对应设置有立板架，两个立板架之间设有压紧装置，压紧装置包括调节轴，调节轴连接在两个立板架之间，调节轴外活动套穿有套管，套管后侧通过连杆相对旋转安装有压轮，压轮位于传送带上面。
根据所述的切印一体机，其特征在于，所述立板架上开设有长条形状、沿传送带传送方向设置的调节槽，所述调节轴两端位于调节槽内、通过螺母定位在立板架上。
根据所述的切印一体机，其特征在于，所述调节槽的进料端向下倾斜设置。
根据所述的切印一体机，其特征在于，所述套管左右两侧的所述调节轴外活动套穿有滑套，滑套的侧壁螺纹连接有定位螺栓，定位螺栓的里端顶在调节轴外，滑套通过定位螺栓定位在调节轴上。
根据所述的切印一体机，其特征在于，所述立板架上开设有挡板轴孔，挡板轴孔内活动插接有调节杆，调节杆通过螺母定位在立板架上，调节杆里端固定连接有挡板，左右挡板对应设置。
根据所述的切印一体机，其特征在于，所述立板架上前后对应开设有两组所述调节槽，左右立板架之间设有两套所述压紧装置。
根据所述的切印一体机，其特征在于，所述调节轴外活动套穿有上通过所述套管和连杆相对旋转安装两个或三个所述压轮。
本实用新型在裁切机与印刷机之间的传送带上增设了压紧装置，不管裁切后的单片有多大小，都能被压紧装置压平，平整地进入印刷工序，因此本实用新型的适用范围广，不影响印刷质量，使用效果好。

如图1和图2所示，一种切印一体机，包括裁切机8和印刷机11，裁切机8与印刷机11之间设有支架10，支架10上相对旋转连接有传送带9，支架10上、传送带9左右两侧对应设置有立板架1，两个立板架1之间设有压紧装置，压紧装置包括调节轴3，调节轴3连接在两个立板架1之间，调节轴3外活动套穿有套管4，套管4后侧通过连杆5相对旋转安装有压轮7，压轮7位于传送带9上面。
在本实施例中，所述立板架1上开设有长条形状、沿传送带9传送方向设置的调节槽6，所述调节轴3两端位于调节槽6内、通过螺母定位在立板架1上。所述调节槽6的进料端向下倾斜设置。所述套管4左右两侧的所述调节轴3外活动套穿有滑套14，滑套14的侧壁螺纹连接有定位螺栓15，定位螺栓15的里端顶在调节轴3外，滑套14通过定位螺栓15定位在调节轴3上。
在本实施例中，所述立板架1上开设有挡板轴孔2，挡板轴孔2内活动插接有调节杆12，调节杆12通过螺母定位在立板架1上，调节杆12里端固定连接有挡板13，左右挡板13对应设置。所述立板架1上前后对应开设有两组所述调节槽6，左右立板架1之间设有两套所述压紧装置。所述调节轴3外活动套穿有上通过所述套管4和连杆5相对旋转安装两个或三个所述压轮7。
本实用新型在裁切机与印刷机之间的传送带两侧的支架上分别增加了一个95cm*195cm*2mm的钢板作为立板架，传送带上加装压轮，能够实现分离操作，增加了机械的实用性，使用机械适用多个规格的产品。另外，立板架上增加的两个可移动的挡板能够增强产品的稳定性和规矩性，保持位置统一，避免印偏，提高产品质量。
本实用新型进行分离两用改进后可适用大部分产品规格，能分离操作、单切单印，避免产品浪费，使用效果好。

1.一种切印一体机，包括裁切机（8）和印刷机（11），裁切机（8）与印刷机（11）之间设有支架（10），支架（10）上相对旋转连接有传送带（9），其特征在于，支架（10）上、传送带（9）左右两侧对应设置有立板架（1），两个立板架（1）之间设有压紧装置，压紧装置包括调节轴（3），调节轴（3）连接在两个立板架（1）之间，调节轴（3）外活动套穿有套管（4），套管（4）后侧通过连杆（5）相对旋转安装有压轮（7），压轮（7）位于传送带（9）上面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切印一体机，其特征在于，所述立板架（1）上开设有长条形状、沿传送带（9）传送方向设置的调节槽（6），所述调节轴（3）两端位于调节槽（6）内、通过螺母定位在立板架（1）上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的切印一体机，其特征在于，所述调节槽（6）的进料端向下倾斜设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的切印一体机，其特征在于，所述套管（4）左右两侧的所述调节轴（3）外活动套穿有滑套（14），滑套（14）的侧壁螺纹连接有定位螺栓（15），定位螺栓（15）的里端顶在调节轴（3）外，滑套（14）通过定位螺栓（15）定位在调节轴（3）上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的切印一体机，其特征在于，所述立板架（1）上开设有挡板轴孔（2），挡板轴孔（2）内活动插接有调节杆（12），调节杆（12）通过螺母定位在立板架（1）上，调节杆（12）里端固定连接有挡板（13），左右挡板（13）对应设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的切印一体机，其特征在于，所述立板架（1）上前后对应开设有两组所述调节槽（6），左右立板架（1）之间设有两套所述压紧装置。
