本实用新型涉及一种线缆加工装置，尤其涉及一种电线电缆生产用吹风装置。
背景技术
随着电线电缆生产工艺的发展，线缆的生产速度愈来愈快，而线缆表面的风干和均匀程度则成为限制的瓶颈。电线电缆的生产是铜丝经过挤出机包覆一层绝缘后，然后经过水槽冷却，再由吹风装置风干均匀后收轴。线缆表面的风干程度和均匀程度，不但在表面上严重影响着线缆的外观光滑程度，而且从材料本身来看，在线缆经过水槽冷却后，表面水份的快速均匀气化，对材料的塑化成型同样有着严重的影响。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电线电缆生产用吹风装置，有效解决电线电缆在实际生产过程中表面无法快速、及时、均匀的风干造成线速提升困难，线材质量降低的问题，同时减少成本，装置简单易操作且普及性极高，充分匹配线缆生产线的使用。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题而采用的技术方案是提供一种电线电缆生产用吹风装置，包括风环，所述风环为空心圆环管，所述空心圆环管上设有吹风孔并开设有用于进线的缺口，所述空心圆环管上设有进气管，所述进气管与吹风孔相连通，所述进气管上设有固定部件。
上述的电线电缆生产用吹风装置，其中，所述吹风孔位于风环内侧偏外缘的位置，所述吹风孔的一侧为进线面，所述吹风孔的数目为多个，所述多个吹风孔沿所述空心圆环管的圆周方向均匀分布并在进线面一侧形成锥形风场。
上述的电线电缆生产用吹风装置，其中，所述固定部件为固定夹，所述进气管通过固定夹和固定螺母安装在固定夹板上。
本实用新型对比现有技术有如下的有益效果：本实用新型提供的电线电缆生产用吹风装置，通过采用空心圆环管作为风环，并在空心圆环管设置吹风孔和进线缺口，能够实现线缆快速、均匀的风干，且成本较低，简单易操作。

本实用新型提供的电线电缆生产用吹风装置，所述固定部件为固定夹4，所述进气管6通过固定夹4和固定螺母5安装在固定夹板3上。
本实用新型提供的电线电缆生产用吹风装置，电线电缆生产过程中，通过风环的缺口9，卡入风环1中，气体由进气管6进入，从风环上的吹风孔2吹出，形成一个锥形风场8，从而对电线电缆所有的面都进行了覆盖，实现线缆快速、均匀的风干，且成本较低，简单易操作；有效解决电线电缆在实际生产过程中表面无法快速、及时、均匀的风干造成线速提升困难，线材质量降低的问题，且普及性极高，充分匹配线缆生产线的使用。

1.一种电线电缆生产用吹风装置，其特征在于，包括风环（1），所述风环（1）为空心圆环管，所述空心圆环管上设有吹风孔（2）并开设有用于进线的缺口（9），所述空心圆环管上设有进气管（6），所述进气管（6）与吹风孔（2）相连通，所述进气管（6）上设有固定部件。
2.如权利要求1所述的电线电缆生产用吹风装置，其特征在于，所述吹风孔（2）位于风环（1）内侧偏外缘的位置，所述吹风孔（2）的一侧为进线面，所述吹风孔（2）的数目为多个，所述多个吹风孔（2）沿所述空心圆环管的圆周方向均匀分布并在进线面一侧形成锥形风场（8）。
3.如权利要求1所述的电线电缆生产用吹风装置，其特征在于，所述固定部件为固定夹（4），所述进气管（6）通过固定夹（4）和固定螺母（5）安装在固定夹板（3）上。
