本实用新型属于汽车衡领域，具体涉及一种防滑型的汽车衡秤台。
背景技术
汽车衡由秤台、称重传感器和称重显示部分构成，当承载货车进入秤台上，在物体重力的作用下，由于称重传感器上的弹性体产生变形，使粘贴在弹性体上的应变计桥路阻抗失去平衡，输出与重量数值成比例的电信号，经处理电路处理后显示出重量等数值，或通过上位机上传或显示器显示。而汽车衡秤台的结构通常为钢结构的秤台台面和混凝土台面，但对于钢结构的台面由于附着力低，因此都需要采用防滑要求。而目前汽车衡秤台表面防滑结构都采用焊接花纹板来达到防滑目的。但上述防滑结构存在以下缺陷：
1、由于防滑的花纹板是焊接在秤台台板的上表面，使用过程中，花纹板容易出现开裂和卷边现象，尤其在后续用户现场改造造成返修困难，并需要大量人力物力。
2、由于花纹板与秤台台板的焊接处比较硬脆，焊接过程中会影响到汽车衡的整体性能。
3、由于花纹板为钢材料制成，故耐油污性能较差，因此会影响防滑性能，尤其当车辆使用一段时间后，花纹板因磨损也会导致防滑性能下降，由于防滑性能降低，又造成停车困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的问题在于提供一种不需要焊接花纹板的防滑汽车衡秤台。
具体技术方案如下：
一种防滑汽车衡秤台，包括秤台台板(1)，其关键在于：所述秤台台板(1)的上表面由下到上依次设置有底漆层(2)、防滑凹凸层(3)和罩面漆层(4)。
上述防滑凹凸层(3)为防滑涂料。该防滑涂料为海洋化工研究院有限公司出品的品名：HF-07II型防滑涂料(B)，型号：AFDC-P，批号150822。该防滑涂料为现有材料，刷上该涂料后，通过涂料自身的化学反应，会形成不规则的凹凸状。
有益效果：本实用新型的防滑层为涂层结构，不是传统的利用花纹钢板焊接，汽车衡的防滑施工更简单高效，且对汽车整体性能没有任何影响；防滑表面也具有良好的化学品耐受性和抗污染，在水、油状态下摩擦系数几乎不变。
