技术背景
现有高分子非沥青基片材涂胶多采用将高分子热熔压敏胶在溶胶器内熔化，然后由溶体泵送至模头内均匀的喷涂在高分子表面。传统涂胶方式由模头横向，将胶均匀的喷在辊上的高分子上，此种喷涂方法致使模头容易挂胶，影响喷胶均匀和薄厚程度，而且车速改变，溶液泵不好控制流量，导致在车速改变时涂胶厚度不均匀。

针对上述问题，本实用新型提供一种高分子非沥青基片材滚动式涂胶模头装置。

如图1、2、3所示，一种高分子非沥青基片材滚动式涂胶模头装置，包括，模头1、轴承2、辊轴3；所述模头1为漏斗形，底部设有开口；该模头1开口内容置有辊轴3；所述辊轴3通过设有轴承2的销轴与模头1连接。所述模头1为圆台形结构，侧边上开设有容置轴承2的圆孔。
所述辊轴3为圆柱形结构，该圆柱形表面开设有多个细小沟纹。
所述细小沟纹为直线形、波纹形或间断线形。
实施例
将模头开口放大，在模头横向挡板上安装轴承，在模头开口安装一根与模头开口紧密结合的轴，该轴身上均匀分布有数道细小沟纹。通过轴的转动，沟纹中的胶均匀涂在高分子卷才上。
