背景技术
池窑拉丝的通路中会产生大量的余热从排气管中排放至大气中,不少单位都会想方设法将这些余热再次循环利用。传统的回收方式是采用余热金属旁管,利用水吸收热量产生蒸汽,这种回收效率较高但是风险性较大,必须每天24小时有人员监管值班,时刻需注意到炉膛的压力,运行成本较大,安全系数较低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种通路余热空气金属换热装置,该装置结构简单,回收率高、安全系数高、操作方便、能充分体现出大量的余热排放再利用效果。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种通路余热空气金属换热装置,该装置包括池窑体、风机、排热管道、热风金属换热器、热风回用管网、热风回用烘箱;热风金属换热器为环型锥柱状,设有外夹套和内圈;池窑体通过排热管道连接到热风金属换热器的内圈,风机通过管道连接到热风金属换热器外夹套,热风金属换热器通过热风回用管网与热风回用烘箱连接。
本实用新型的优点在于:结构简单,回收效率高,能充分体现出大量的余热排放再利用效果。

具体实施方式
一种通路余热空气金属换热装置,该装置包括池窑体1、风机2、排热管道3、热风金属换热器4、热风回用管网5、热风回用烘箱(制品)6。池窑体1中大量的余热通过排热管道3进入热风金属换热器4内圈中,同时风机2吸收空气通过风叶动力送至热风金属换热器4外夹套中,利用热风金属换热器4热辐射和对流换热相结合的组合式换热系统,池窑体1高温烟气进入热风金属换热器1热辐射冷却器段被冷空气冷却到600℃左右,再进入热风金属换热器4对流换热器段继续与空气换热,烟气被冷却到280℃左右经热风金属换热器4中心内圈烟囱排出。冷却空气逆向依次通过对流换热段、辐射换热段被加热到280℃左右通过热风回用管网5送至热风回用烘箱(制品)6对产品进行烘制。
1.换热器烟气进口温度≤1350℃,瞬时进口温度≤1380℃;2.烟气侧全部采用310S耐热不锈钢,焊接材料为优质焊材。3.烟气中不能含有卤素及无机盐。
