更进一步,所述拨轮是聚丙烯、三元乙丙橡胶合成材料制成的拨轮,所述风板是聚丙烯、三元乙丙橡胶合成材料制成的风板,所述连杆是POM塑料材质的连杆。

如图1、图2、图3,一种汽车出风口拨轮连杆机构,安装在汽车汽车出风口总成01上,包括拨轮10、风板20、连杆30。所述拨轮设有与所述连杆连接的拨杆11,所述风板设有与所述连杆连接的转臂21;所述连杆通过球头与所述拨轮的拨杆连接,所述连杆通过球头与所述风板的转臂连接。
所述连杆与拨轮的连接端设有拨轮连接球头31,所述连杆与风板的连接端设有风板连接球头32,所述拨轮的拨杆端头设有拨轮球槽12,所述拨轮球槽是带有开口13的球面槽体;所述风板的转臂端头设有风板球槽22,所述风板球槽是带有开口23的球面槽体。
所述风板连接球头设有内凹孔33。
所述拨轮是POM塑料材质的拨轮,所述风板是聚丙烯、三元乙丙橡胶合成材料制成的风板,所述连杆是POM塑料材质的连杆。
本实施例的汽车出风口拨轮连杆机构在组装时,先将连杆的风板连接球头与风板的风板球槽连接,用力压将风板连接球头压入风板球槽即可,再将连接安装完成的连杆和风板装于出风口总成上,由于连杆拨轮连接球头在安装时操作空间受限,不便用力,故在风板连接球头设置了内凹孔,即在球头前端侧面做内凹设计,减小球头压入力,使出风口拨轮连杆机构方便安装。
本实施例的汽车出风口拨轮连杆机构采用球头连接方式连接拨轮与连杆、风板与连杆,克服了轴配合驱动连杆的缺陷;即便连杆与拨轮和风板之间的相对位置出现一些位移或偏差,通过球头连接的连杆、拨轮和风板仍可轻松联动,操作灵便。显著提高了汽车出风口拨轮连杆机构的可靠性,降低维护成本。

1.一种汽车出风口拨轮连杆机构,包括拨轮、风板、连杆,所述拨轮设有与所述连杆连接的拨杆,所述风板设有与所述连杆连接的转臂;其特征在于,所述连杆通过球头与所述拨轮的拨杆连接,所述连杆通过球头与所述风板的转臂连接。
