本实用新型涉及一种新型车载式柴油发电机组用风光预热装置。
背景技术
车载式柴油发电机组有移动方便、使用灵活、使用场地不受限制、可以多台组合使用的特点,广泛用于各行各业,尤其是在消防、市政抗洪排污等情况下,发挥很大巨大的作用:为现场提供电力,协助消防、工程人员最大程度的保护了人民、国家财产的安全。但是,车载式柴油发电机组有一个致命的缺点,就是低于5°C启动困难,主要表现在汽车柴油发动机打火启动困难和柴油发电机组启动供电困难,这个缺点现在主要通过接到使用需求、接市电预热启动的手段,加热时间一般需要30min,加热等待时间在一般使用场所是没有很多损失,但在消防、市政抗洪使用方面,有致命的缺陷。为了解决该缺陷,发明一种新型车载式柴油发电机组预热装置变得非常重要,经过研究和实验,发明出一种新型车载式柴油发电机组用风光预热装置,非常符合消防、市政抗洪等场所对车载式柴油发电机组的要求,而且环保节能,成本可控,可广泛用于车载式柴油发电机组。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型车载式柴油发电机组用风光预热装置,给车用发动机加热需要电量更小,节能的同时又提高了车用发动机的启动性能。通过将太阳能、风能和储能蓄电池的结合使用,不仅成本低廉,而且系统可靠性大大增强。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种新型车载式柴油发电机组用风光预热装置,包括有外壳、车厢,外壳上布置太阳能光电板,在车厢顶部设置风力发电机,车厢内部设置有储能蓄电池、车用发动机热风收集器,驾驶室内布置蓄电池控制器、车用发动机加热器控制器,汽车发动机上安装车用发动机加热器;在车载式柴油发电机组停放时,通过太阳能光电板提供电源给车用发动机加热器供电加热,太阳能光电板和风力发电机同时给储能蓄电池充电,车用发动机加热器控制器控制车用发动机加热器工作;当车用发动机启动后,车用发动机加热器控制器自动控制车用发动机加热器停止工作;当汽车发动机启动运行时,车用发动机热风收集器将汽车发动机散出的热风收集送至车载式柴油发电机组车厢内,用于柴油发电机组加热,在柴油发电机组启动时自动停止给柴油发电机组加热。
车用发动机加热器对车用发动机的冷却液加热,并通过泵将加热后的冷却液送至发动机冷却水道,通过车用发动机的冷却水道内冷却液给车用发动机的机体、活塞预热,并通过发动机金属材料快速热传导作用给润滑系统加热。
本发明通过车用发动机的冷却水道内冷却液给车用发动机的机体、活塞预热,并通过发动机金属材料快速热传导作用给润滑系统加热,保证了车用发动机在可靠地启动范围之内,同时改善了冷天启动发动机润滑不足、磨损加剧的的现象,提高了发动机的使用寿命。通过将空气将车用发动机的散热能量供给柴油发电机组加热,不仅改善了柴油发电机组的启动、提高了柴油发电机组的使用寿命,而且变废为宝,废热利用。
本发明蓄电池控制器可以控制多余的太阳能、风能能量流通路径,保护蓄电池。蓄电池控制器放置在驾驶室内,可以方便的查看储能蓄电池的能量状态。
本发明车用发动机加热器控制器可以控制加热器的工作状态。车用发动机加热器控制器放置在驾驶室内,可以方便的查看车用发动机的温度和加热器的工作状态。通过收集车用发动机运行时的热空气给柴油发电机组加热。通过太阳能为主用、风能为备用、储能蓄电池为第二备用的方式给车用发动机加热器供电。同时改善了车用发动机和柴油发电机组两大部分的低温启动困难。通过蓄电池控制器和发动机加热器控制器实现了上述系统的智能工作。

参见附图,一种新型车载式柴油发电机组用风光预热装置,包括有外壳、车厢,外壳上布置太阳能光电板1,在车厢顶部设置风力发电机2,车厢内部设置有储能蓄电池3、车用发动机热风收集器4,驾驶室内布置蓄电池控制器5、车用发动机加热器控制器6,汽车发动机9上安装车用发动机加热器7;在车载式柴油发电机组停放时,通过太阳能光电板1提供电源给车用发动机加热器7供电加热,太阳能光电板1和风力发电机2同时给储能蓄电池3充电,车用发动机加热器控制器6控制车用发动机加热器7工作;当车用发动机启动后,车用发动机加热器控制器自动控制车用发动机加热器停止工作;当汽车发动机启动运行时,车用发动机热风收集器将汽车发动机散出的热风收集送至车载式柴油发电机组车厢内,用于柴油发电机组8加热,在柴油发电机组启动时自动停止给柴油发电机组加热。
所述车用发动机加热器对车用发动机的冷却液加热,并通过泵将加热后的冷却液送至发动机冷却水道,通过车用发动机的冷却水道内冷却液给车用发动机的机体、活塞预热,并通过发动机金属材料快速热传导作用给润滑系统加热。
当太阳能供电量不够时优先使用风能补充,无太阳能的情况下使用风能为主要电源,当风能供电量不够时使用储能蓄电池供电,所有的用电、供电、储能系统均采用30V以下的直流,保证了系统的稳定、安全、可靠运行;车用发动机加热器控制器控制车用发动机加热器工作,使车用发动机的温度保持在10~40°C范围内,当车用发动机启动后,车用发动机加热器控制器自动控制车用发动机加热器停止工作;当汽车发动机启动运行时,车用发动机热风收集器将汽车发动机散出的热风收集送至车载式柴油发电机组车厢内,用于柴油发电机组加热,一般3~5分钟就可以达到5°C以上,在柴油发电机组启动时自动停止给柴油发电机组加热。

1.一种新型车载式柴油发电机组用风光预热装置,包括有外壳、车厢,其特征在于,外壳上布置太阳能光电板,在车厢顶部设置风力发电机,车厢内部设置有储能蓄电池、车用发动机热风收集器,驾驶室内布置蓄电池控制器、车用发动机加热器控制器,汽车发动机上安装车用发动机加热器;在车载式柴油发电机组停放时,通过太阳能光电板提供电源给车用发动机加热器供电加热,太阳能光电板和风力发电机同时给储能蓄电池充电,车用发动机加热器控制器控制车用发动机加热器工作;当车用发动机启动后,车用发动机加热器控制器自动控制车用发动机加热器停止工作;当汽车发动机启动运行时,车用发动机热风收集器将汽车发动机散出的热风收集送至车载式柴油发电机组车厢内,用于柴油发电机组加热,在柴油发电机组启动时自动停止给柴油发电机组加热。
