本实用新型涉及一种回转窑领域，具体涉及一种内热式回转窑。
背景技术
目前，回转窑是广泛应用在建材、冶金、化工、有色金属等行业的热工加热设备，物料可在筒体内沿切线方向翻滚搅动并沿轴向移动。具有受热均匀、热效率高、可连续生产、产品煅烧质量好、节约场地、机械化程度高等优点。解决了传统隧道窑、推板窑、网带窑的物料受热不均匀、烧不透、能耗高、周期长等问题。
但是，现有回转窑窑尾尾段的出料口常常会密封性不好。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种密封效果好的内热式回转窑。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种内热式回转窑，它包括筒体、传动系统、支承装置和窑头密封装置，所述传动系统为单传动，它由变频电动机和齿轮减速器组成，所述筒体由钢板卷制而成，筒体水平线呈一斜度，所述筒体两端设有进料端和出料端，所述支承装置由轮带支承，筒体两端设有入料端和出料端，筒体外围设有大齿圈，所述大齿圈两端设有托轮，所述托轮一端设有挡轮。
所述筒体通过轮带支承载2-7档滑动轴承的支承装置上，所述支承装置上设有液压挡轮。
所述筒体上设有辅助传动装置。
所述进料端和出料端设有密封装置，所述密封装置采用钢片加石墨柔性密封
与现有技术相比，本实用新型优点为：
所述筒体是受热的回转部件，采用钢板卷焊制成，筒体通过轮带支承在2-7档滑动轴承的支承装置上，并在其中几档支承装置上设有液压挡轮。以控制筒体的轴向窜动，传动装置通过设在筒体中部的齿圈使得筒体按要求的转速回转，为防止冷空气进入和烟气粉尘溢出筒体，在筒体的进料端和出料端设有可靠的窑尾和窑头密封装置。

如图1所示，一种内热式回转窑，它包括筒体1、传动系统、支承装置和窑头密封装置，所述传动系统为单传动，它由变频电动机2和齿轮减速器3组成，所述筒体1由钢板卷制而成，筒体水平线呈一斜度，所述筒体1两端设有进料端8和出料端9，所述支承装置由轮带4支承，筒体1外围设有大齿圈5，所述大齿圈5两端设有托轮6，所述托轮6一端设有挡轮7。
所述筒体1通过轮带4支承载2-7档滑动轴承的支承装置上，所述支承装置上设有液压挡轮10。
所述筒体1上设有辅助传动装置11。
所述进料端8和出料端9设有密封装置12，所述密封装置采用钢片加石墨柔性密封
物料回转窑内煅烧的过程为生料的进料口送入，由于窑有一定的倾斜度，且不断回转，使得生料连续向热端，在空气助燃下燃烧放热并产生高温烟气，在风机驱动下，自热端向次端流动，逆向运动中进行热量交换，使得生料烧成熟料。
内热式回转窑的物料与火焰及烟气直接接触，可通过调节实现炉内氧化或还原气氛，筒体内壁砌筑耐火砖，头尾罩内衬为高强耐磨浇注料，头尾罩与筒体之间为柔性密封，可彻底杜绝扬尘及漏料。可采取多档支撑，最高使用温度可达1600℃。产量较大，适用燃料为液化气、天然气、煤气、燃料油、煤粉、煤等。

1.一种内热式回转窑，其特征在于：它包括筒体（1）、传动系统、支承装置和窑头密封装置，所述传动系统为单传动，它由变频电动机（2）和齿轮减速器（3）组成，所述筒体（1）由钢板卷制而成，筒体水平线呈一斜度，所述支承装置由轮带（4）支承，筒体（1）两端设有进料端（8）和出料端（9），筒体（1）外围设有大齿圈（5），所述大齿圈（5）两端设有托轮（6），所述托轮（6）一端设有挡轮（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内热式回转窑，其特征在于：所述筒体（1）通过轮带（4）支承载2-7档滑动轴承的支承装置上，所述支承装置上设有液压挡轮（10）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内热式回转窑，其特征在于：所述筒体（1）上设有辅助传动装置（11）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内热式回转窑，其特征在于：所述进料端（7）和出料端（8）设有密封装置（12），所述密封装置采用钢片加石墨柔性密封。
