背景技术
埋刮板输送机是一种在密闭空间内输送散状物料的输送设备。它由驱动装置、驱动端、尾部、壳体、刮板链条等这几种主要部件组成。物料由进料口给入，通过刮板链条的运动带动物料一同向前运动，到缷料口缷出，完成物料的输送。当输送有毒、易燃、与空气接触影响其品质等的物料时，需要埋刮板输送机严密密封，不得有任何泄漏。现有技术中的密封型的埋刮板输送机，虽然满足密封要求。但是输送机头轴部位因为要传输动力，必须伸出，存在转动轴与静止部件的密封不严的弊端。
说明书附图的附图1中示出了一种埋刮板输送机头轴盘根密封盒，包括安装在输送机头轴7上的压盖1、底座3、气室4、盘根6，压盖1与底座3通过压紧螺栓2连接，气室4设有氮气入口5。在煤气化行业应用时，头轴盘根密封盒采用该结构，在气室充入氮气，隔接外界空气。然而，在其他行业如没有氮气条件时，此类头轴盘根密封盒存在密封不严的弊端。
在有的运用场合，要求密封，但又无氮气供应，如垃圾焚烧发电厂，用于灰、渣输送的场合。物料温度一般在250℃左右，含有有害气体。埋刮板输送机设计要求必须为全密封型的。

为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种埋刮板输送机头轴盘根密封盒，将现有技术中的气室改为黄油室，在盘根密封基础上加注黄油辅助密封。具备结构简单，使用成本低廉的优点。

如图2所示，一种埋刮板输送机头轴盘根密封盒，包括安装在输送机头轴7上的压盖1、底座3、盘根6，压盖1与底座3通过压紧螺栓2连接，所述输送机头轴7上设有油室8，油室8连接油杯9，油杯9位于底座3、油室8外侧，油杯9与油室8联通。所述油室8内设有黄油。运行过程中定期维护，通过油杯9加注黄油。

1.一种埋刮板输送机头轴盘根密封盒，包括安装在输送机头轴（7）上的压盖（1）、底座（3）、盘根（6），压盖（1）与底座（3）通过压紧螺栓（2）连接，其特征在于：所述输送机头轴（7）上设有油室（8），油室（8）连接油杯（9），油杯（9）位于底座（3）、油室（8）外侧，油杯（9）与油室（8）联通，所述油室（8）内设有黄油，通过油杯（9）加注黄油。
