Abstract

一种用于电气绝缘,特别是电机或电焊机用电机磁极对线圈绝缘的绝缘框架。采用聚酯薄膜、无纺布、聚酯薄膜用粘结剂粘结后用模具压制成U型。具有不易受潮,材料柔软且有一定刚度,加工方便、尺寸较小等特点。

Description

本实用新型用于电气绝缘,特别是电机或电焊机用磁极对线圈绝缘的绝缘框架。
目前,电机或电焊机用电机磁极对线圈的绝缘一般采用以下几种方式:复合绝缘或云母绝缘材料绕包极靴;用铁壳护套;用玻璃丝坯布压制框架;在线圈上绕包绝缘材料。这些绝缘方式有的存在着易于受潮而降低绝缘电阻,有的材料脆性大,容易损坏,有的加工工艺复杂,需用大量绕包材料,加大了绕圈尺寸等缺点。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不易受潮、材料柔软且有一定刚度、加工方便尺寸较小的绝缘框架。
本实用新型是这样来实现的:绝缘框架采用聚脂薄膜、无纺布、聚脂薄膜用粘结剂粘结后用模具压制成U型。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的叙述。
绝缘框架采用聚脂薄膜(1),涂上粘结剂,贴上无纺布(2),再涂上粘结剂,最后粘上聚脂薄膜(3),完成后,放入U型模具内压制,模具温度在160℃左右,五分钟后脱膜,为了防止变形,再放入整形模,二分钟后取出,再经过修整即成为成品。粘结剂采用6101环氧树脂、604固体环氧树脂、308聚脂树脂配制,然后升温搅拌后制成。
本实用新型具有不易受潮,提高了耐压效果,绝缘框架具有柔软性,但有一定刚度,装配在电机上比较紧贴,且不因外力冲击而造成碎裂,加工成品方便且尺寸较小。
