常规太阳能组件手动线装框时边框槽内的硅胶难以实现太阳能组件四周被硅胶环形包裹且背板面均匀溢胶,这样生产的太阳能组件在户外工作时密封性将受到挑战容易造成潜在的可靠性风险。因此寻求一种使得太阳能组件通过装框机安装在边框槽内后四周被硅胶环形包裹且背板面溢胶均匀的太阳能组件边框注胶系统就显得尤为重要。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种使得太阳能组件通过装框机安装在边框槽内后四周被硅胶环形包裹且背板面溢胶均匀的太阳能组件边框注胶系统。

所述边框槽的宽度为4.6mm,所述注胶管的宽度为2.6mm。

本实用新型太阳能组件边框注胶系统具有使得太阳能组件通过装框机安装在边框槽内后四周被硅胶环形包裹且背板面溢胶均匀的优点,这样太阳能组件具有较高的密封性以及内在品质,使安装在电站的太阳能组件寿命更有保障。
