技术领域
本实用新型涉及防爆电器技术领域，更具体地说，涉及一种高效防爆电加热器。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高，家用电器种类也在不断增加过程中。尤其是在南方，在冬天较为寒冷的时候，由于没有暖气供应，所以需要加热器为家庭空间进行加热。而现有的电加热器是通过风扇将热风吹散到整个空间中进行加热，缺少防爆部分，有可能会在使用过程中导致附近人员的损伤。
因此，由于现有技术中存在上述的技术缺陷，是本领域内技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的为提供一种高效防爆电加热器，旨在解决现有技术中存在的电加热器缺少防爆措施，且效率较低的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：
高效防爆电加热器，包括接线盒、支撑板、防爆外壳、电加热管、风扇、出风管和温度传感器，所述接线盒上端设有支撑板，所述支撑板上端设有防爆外壳，所述防爆外壳内设有多个竖直的电加热管，所述电加热管与所述接线盒电连接，所述防爆外壳与所述支撑板接触位置设有平行设置的多个出风管，所述防爆外壳顶端设有风扇，所述防爆外壳外侧壁设有温度传感器，所述温度传感器与所述风扇电连接，所述接线盒与所述温度传感器电连接。
本实用新型的有益之处在于：通过在电加热管的外侧设置了防爆外壳，从而提高了其防爆性能；并在支撑板和防爆外壳的连接处设置了出风管，从而方便了热风从管道排出，提高散热性能；将温度传感器设置在防爆外壳的外部，从而方便对空间内温度进行测量和感知，在高于或者低于设定温度的情况下，使电加热管和风扇进行工作或者停止工作。本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，安全系数高，温度均衡，反应速度快，换热效率高。

本实用新型提供了一种高效防爆电加热器，本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，安全系数高，温度均衡，反应速度快，换热效率高。

如图1所示的高效防爆电加热器，包括接线盒1、支撑板2、防爆外壳3、电加热管4、风扇5、出风管6和温度传感器7，所述接线盒1上端设有支撑板2，所述支撑板2上端设有防爆外壳3，所述防爆外壳3内设有多个竖直的电加热管4，所述电加热管4与所述接线盒1电连接，所述防爆外壳3与所述支撑板2接触位置设有平行设置的多个出风管6，所述防爆外壳3顶端设有风扇5，所述防爆外壳3外侧壁设有温度传感器7，所述温度传感器7与所述风扇5电连接，所述接线盒1与所述温度传感器7电连接。
本实用新型在使用时，通过在电加热管4的外侧设置了防爆外壳3，从而提高了其防爆性能；并在支撑板2和防爆外壳3的连接处设置了出风管6，从而方便了热风从管道排出，提高散热性能；将温度传感器7设置在防爆外壳3的外部，从而方便对空间内温度进行测量和感知，在高于或者低于设定温度的情况下，使电加热管4和风扇5进行工作或者停止工作。本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，安全系数高，温度均衡，反应速度快，换热效率高。
