本实用新型涉及一种沥青路面就地再生加热机,是由壳体和加热板构成,所述的壳体为下开口、双层壳壁结构,壳体两层壳壁之间填充有保温岩棉,壳体内部固定有高温反射板,高温反射板下方的壳壁上设有加热板卡槽,加热板嵌于加热板卡槽内,加热板为陶瓷加热板。本实用新型的有益效果为:利用陶瓷加热板作为快速发热体,能够在很短时间内达到施工要求;采用反射隔热方式定向控制热量辐射,将热量损失降到最低,同时避免了热量积聚过多;金属壳体作为整体固定装置将加热板与高温反射板和风扇等主要部件固定其中,可通过配置统一业界标准接口与装载挖掘机相连,无需笨重的装载机与大功率发电机,可实现由两头忙做动力牵引,方便施工与运输。

本实用新型属于道路修养设备技术领域,具体涉及一种沥青路面就地再生加热机。
背景技术
沥青铺路作为一种成熟的技术,广泛应用于全国各地的城市乃至乡村,但铺路所用的原料沥青,具有热软冷硬的特点,其这种特性给道路养护带来了极大的困难;夏天气温高,沥青路面变软,车辆碾压后极易变形;冬天天气寒冷,气温低,路面变脆,易被压酥,出现裂缝;经过长时间的碾压以及冬夏的交替,沥青路面就会出现不同程度损坏,这就给沥青道路进行修补,最普遍的修补方法就是将沥青热熔进行原地加工,再耙开表层抹平沥青,然后重整修复区,最后压实路面。但是现有的沥青路面加热机,大多采用电阻丝或红外加热,其缺点在于加热速度慢、传热速度慢、功耗大、不便移动、工作效率低,而且加热深度小、加热不均匀、易使沥青老化,进而无法达到沥青路面修补和养护的要求。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种沥青路面就地再生加热机。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
沥青路面就地再生加热机,是由壳体和加热板构成,壳体为下开口、双层壳壁结构,壳体两层壳壁之间填充有保温岩棉,壳体的内部固定有高温反射板,高温反射板下方的壳壁上设有加热板卡槽,加热板嵌于加热板卡槽内,所述的加热板为陶瓷加热板。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的壳体内部相对的两个侧壁上各四组加热板卡槽,每组所述加热板卡槽内均嵌有一个加热板。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,4个所述加热板相互并联。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的壳体上设有温控器,温控器与加热板串联。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的壳体内侧的顶部固定有风扇。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的壳体的下开口处固定有散热铜板,散热铜板上有圆角长矩形开孔。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的壳体的内侧壳壁上和壳体两侧壳壁之间均设有加强筋。
本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型的沥青路面就地再生加热机,利用陶瓷加热板作为快速发热体,由外接电源供电后产生大量辐射热,以远红外的形式对沥青路面进行加热,10分钟可使沥青表面温度打到200摄氏度,能够在很短时间内达到施工要求;采用反射隔热方式定向控制热量辐射,将热量损失降到最低,同时避免了热量积聚过多,而且在必要时可利用风扇控制热辐射的方向;金属壳体作为整体固定装置将加热板与高温反射板和风扇等主要部件固定其中,可通过配置统一业界标准接口与装载挖掘机(两头忙)相连,无需笨重的装载机与大功率发电机,可实现由两头忙做动力牵引,方便施工与运输。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的沥青路面就地再生加热机,是由壳体1和加热板2构成,所述的加热板2为陶瓷加热板,陶瓷加热板,所需输入功率很小、节省能源、无排放、环境友好;所述的壳体1为下开口、双层壳壁结构,壳体1两层壳壁之间填充有保温岩棉3,保证热量能够保持在壳体1内部,提高热效率;壳体1的内部固定有高温反射板4,隔热反射板实现控制热量定向辐射,向上热辐射损失接近于零,使所有的热量都从壳体1的下端散出;高温反射板4下方相对的两个侧壁上各四组加热板卡槽5(如图2),8个加热板卡槽5内均嵌有加热板2(如图3),内嵌于8个卡槽5的加热板相互并联(如图4);壳体1上设有温控器6,温控器6与加热板2串联(如图4);所述的壳体1内侧的顶部固定有风扇7,可在必要时控制热辐射的方向;所述的壳体1的下开口处固定有散热铜板8,使散热更加均匀,散热铜板8上有圆角长矩形开孔,用于散热;所述的壳体1的内侧壳壁上和壳体1两侧壳壁之间均设有加强筋9,使壳体1更加稳固。

1.沥青路面就地再生加热机,是由壳体(1)和加热板(2)构成,其特征在于壳体(1)为下开口、双层壳壁结构,壳体(1)两层壳壁之间填充有保温岩棉(3),壳体(1)的内部固定有高温反射板(4),高温反射板(4)下方的壳壁上设有加热板卡槽(5),加热板(2)嵌于加热板卡槽(5)内,所述的加热板(2)为陶瓷加热板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沥青路面就地再生加热机,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)内部相对的两个侧壁上各四组加热板卡槽(5),每组加热板卡槽(5)内均嵌有一个所述加热板(2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的沥青路面就地再生加热机,其特征在于:四个所述加热板(2)相互并联。
4.根据权利要求1所述的沥青路面就地再生加热机,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)上设有温控器(6),温控器(6)与加热板(2)串联。
5.根据权利要求1所述的沥青路面就地再生加热机,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)内侧的顶部固定有风扇(7)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的沥青路面就地再生加热机,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)的下开口处固定有散热铜板(8),散热铜板(8)上有圆角长矩形开孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的沥青路面就地再生加热机,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)的内侧壳壁上和壳体(1)两侧壳壁之间均设有加强筋(9)。
