在镗床加工过程中,普遍采用镗刀杆带动刀头旋转切削加工。而现有镗刀杆由于结构原因存在切削量小,受力不均的问题,因而造成加工效率低,刀杆上下摆动的问题,不利于推广应用。

为了解决现有镗刀杆切削量小,受力不均的问题。本实用新型提供一种镗床用双刃刀杆。该镗床用双刃刀杆具有切削量大,受力均匀的特点。
本实用新型的技术方案是:该镗床用双刃刀杆包括刀体。刀体右部有与镗床相连的圆锥柄,刀体左端纵向有卡刀体,卡刀体前后端伸出刀体,卡刀体上纵向有卡刀孔,对应卡刀孔的卡刀体上端连接有紧固螺钉。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:该镗床用双刃刀杆由于采用刀体右部有与镗床相连的圆锥柄,刀体左端纵向有卡刀体,卡刀体前后端伸出刀体,卡刀体上纵向有卡刀孔,对应卡刀孔的卡刀体上端连接有紧固螺钉的优化结构。,因而提高切削量,使该镗床用双刃刀杆受力均匀。所以说该镗床用双刃刀杆具有切削量大,受力均匀的特点。

由附图所示,该镗床用双刃刀杆包括刀体1。刀体1右部有与镗床相连的圆锥柄,刀体1左端纵向有卡刀体2,卡刀体2为矩形,卡刀体2前后端伸出刀体1,卡刀体2上纵向有卡刀孔3,对应卡刀孔3的卡刀体2上端连接有紧固螺钉4。该镗床用双刃刀杆的卡刀体2两端分别装卡有刀头,两个刀头分别切削,进而增加该镗床用双刃刀杆切削量,同时保证该镗床用双刃刀杆受力均匀。也就是该镗床用双刃刀杆可以同时上两把镗刀,加大了工件的加工尺寸量,提高了加工效率。
