本实用新型涉及加工刀具制造领域，尤其涉及一种中心孔开孔刀具。
背景技术
在凸轮轴的生产过程中，尾端孔形状各个厂家设计均为非标的中心孔，常规的中心孔开孔刀具在加工时，往往需要分多道工序加工，效率低下，不但浪费时间而且耗费人力，同时传统刀具在加工时径向跳动的风险也大。

为了克服上述缺陷，本实用新型提供一种中心孔开孔刀具。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种中心孔开孔刀具，包括刀头和刀柄，刀头与刀柄固定连接，所述的刀头的前刃部设有螺旋角，刀柄与刀头的前刃部连接处依次设有120°圆锥端和60°圆锥端，所述的刀柄的另一端设有另一个刀头。
进一步，所述的刀柄设有对称的螺旋形的圆弧形屑。
本实用新型的有益效果是：前端设有螺旋角，使刀具切削时受力点分散，减少刀具的磨损，同时提高刀具寿命，同时两端均设有刀头，节约了资源，同时刀具设有120°和60°的圆锥端，可以有效地降低刀具受力时的径向跳动，提高生产效率。
