本实用新型公开一种钢段轧机，包括一对轧辊，一对轧辊中其中一个轧辊为槽型轧辊（1），另一个轧辊为光辊（2）。与现有技术相比，由于本实用新型的轧辊一个为槽型辊一个为光棍，在调试时避免了轴向的调整，大大降低了调试的难度；另外加工制作轧辊时，只需要按照要求孔型制作一只槽型轧辊，减少了两个槽型轧辊的配合要求，降低了制作的复杂性；经上机实际测试，本实用新型可以有效的降低轧辊及导板的磨损率，轧辊寿命提高2-3倍，导板寿命提高5-10倍，并且更换方便。

背景技术
众目前，现有技术的钢段轧机为两个槽型轧辊轧机。这种轧机由于两个轧辊均为槽型轧辊，配合要求高，制作比较复杂，上机调试难度大。因此，设计一种上机调试难度小的钢段轧机，是目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种上机调试难度小的钢段轧机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：
一种钢段轧机，包括一对轧辊，一对轧辊中其中一个轧辊为槽型轧辊，另一个轧辊为光辊。
与现有技术相比，由于本实用新型的轧辊一个为槽型辊一个为光棍，在调试时避免了轴向的调整，大大降低了调试的难度；另外加工制作轧辊时，只需要按照要求孔型制作一只槽型轧辊，减少了两个槽型型轧辊的配合要求，降低了制作的复杂性；经上机实际测试，本实用新型可以有效的降低轧辊及导板的磨损率，轧辊寿命提高2-3倍，导板寿命提高5-10倍，并且更换方便。
