背景技术
在生物制药过程中必须持续提供洁净、干燥的空气，用于药品合成。目前是通过空压机提供压缩空气，但经过空压机压缩后的空气温度较高，进入反应釜之前必须经过降温，以达到工艺的温度要求。
发明内容
针对现有问题，本实用新型提供一种空气冷却装置，包括壳体、管板、换热管、封头，换热管两端安装有管板，换热管两端与管板紧密结合无间隙；在两端的管板上安装有封头，两端的封头上分别连接有空气进口管和空气出口管；壳体两侧分别连接有冷却水进口管和冷却水出口管。
进一步，换热管内设置有钢丝网。
进一步，钢丝网一端设置有手柄，手柄端露出在换热管外。
本实用新型的有益点在于：换热管内填充有钢丝网，可以增大换热面积，同时可以减慢空气通过换热管时的流速，提高换热效果。钢丝网设置有手柄，可以利用钢丝网方便地对换热管内的积灰进行清理。

如图1所示的一种空气冷却装置，包括壳体1、管板2、换热管3、封头4，换热管3两端安装有管板2，换热管3两端与管板2紧密结合无间隙；在两端的管板2上安装有封头4，两端的封头4上分别连接有空气进口管5和空气出口管6；壳体1两侧分别连接有冷却水进口管7和冷却水出口管8。换热管内设置有钢丝网9，钢丝网9设置有手柄，手柄端露出在换热管外。
经空压机压缩后的热空气从空气进口管5进入换热管3内，从空气出口管6流出；冷却水从冷却水进口管7进入壳体1内，从冷却水出口管8流出，热空气与冷却水通过换热管3发生热交换，空气温度降低。由于换热管3内填充有钢丝网9，增加了空气的湍流强度，同时增加了热交换面积，换热效率提高了20%。
