发明内容本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术塑料颗粒拌色搅拌不均匀，工序复杂，使用起来不方便的技术问题，提供一种塑料颗粒干燥拌色机，以克服现有技术的不足。

具体实施方式根据图1，一种塑料颗粒干燥拌色机，它包括支腿10支撑的罐体7，所述罐体7的上部设有进料口4，下部设有出料口2；所述罐体内设有空心搅拌轴8；所述搅拌轴上设有交替分布的一层螺旋齿5和二层螺旋齿6；所述搅拌轴的周圈设有气孔9；所述搅拌轴的上端与设在罐体上的电机1传动连接，下端通过转动轴承12与热气管11连接；所述罐体的顶部设有排气口3。
所述两层螺旋齿，一层螺旋齿5的宽度是另一层螺旋齿6宽度的2倍。
掺入着色剂的塑料颗粒从进料口进入罐体，在一层螺旋齿和另一层螺旋齿的带动下充分混合，而且不会凝块，同时热气管内的热风通过搅拌轴的气孔排出，物料在搅拌的同时进行干燥，搅拌均匀且干燥的物料从出料口排出。本实用新型有效的解决了现有技术塑料颗粒拌色搅拌不均匀，工序复杂，使用起来不方便的技术问题。
