技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种浸出装置，特别是一种含金物料的强化浸出装置。
背景技术
目前的含金物料的浸出工艺，是将含金物料制备成浆料，然后通入氧化剂，对含金物料进行氧化预处理。现有的浸出装置，为了监测物料的氧化反应情况，在反应釜中插入电位电极，用于实时监控物料的电位，但是反应釜中物料不断被搅拌、反应，电极感应的干扰大，难以精确测量到准确的电位，导致氧化反应不易控制。而且物料和氧化剂的搅拌混合效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种含金物料的强化浸出装置。本实用新型具有电位监测更精确，混合效率高的特点。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种含金物料的强化浸出装置，包括反应釜，反应釜上方设有电机，电机下方连接转轴，转轴与搅拌叶片连接，电机旁设有进料口，反应釜底部设有出料口，反应釜外设有电加热层，反应釜上设有氯气管道，反应釜通过循环管道与循环泵和电位监测箱连接，电位监测箱内设有电位电极，电位电极连接电位电极监测与显示装置。
前述含金物料的强化浸出装置，所述反应釜内设有超声波发生器。
本实用新型的反应釜在工作时，通过循环管道和循环泵将物料送入电位监测箱中，在电位监测箱插入电位电极，此时物料处于一个相对稳定的状态，电位监测更加精确，能够及时观察脱砷过程的氧化还原反应的情况。通过搅拌叶片和超声波发生器同时作用，加快了氯气和含金物料的混合过程，提高了氧化效果。与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有电位监测更精确，搅拌混合效率高的优点。

实施例1。含金物料的强化浸出装置，包括反应釜1，反应釜1上方设有电机2，电机2下方连接转轴4，转轴4与搅拌叶片5连接，电机2旁设有进料口3，反应釜1底部设有出料口11，反应釜1外设有电加热层6，反应釜1上设有氯气管道7，反应釜1通过循环管道8与循环泵12和电位监测箱13连接，电位监测箱13内设有电位电极9，电位电极9连接电位电极监测与显示装置10。所述反应釜1内设有超声波发生器14。
本实用新型工作原理：工作时，将含金物料通过进料口3放入反应釜1中，然后通过电机2带动转轴4与搅拌叶片5进行转动，同时启动超声波发生器14，通过循环泵12将物料不断泵入电位监测箱13，电位监测箱13内的电位电极9通过电位电极监测与显示装置10实时显示反应釜1内物料的电位。电加热层6可采用电加热设备，以保持氧化还原反应的温度。
