本实用新型涉及一种浸出装置，特别是一种含硒物料的强化浸出装置。
背景技术
目前的含硒物料浸出工艺，是将含硒物料制备成浆料，然后向含硒物料中通入氯气，氯气通入浆料中，与其中的水反应形成强氧化性的HClO，然后，从物料中浸出硒。现有的浸出装置，氯气和含硒物料的混合效率低，浸出效果不理想，而且浸出反应难以控制。

本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种含硒物料的强化浸出装置。本实用新型具有混合浸出效果好，易于控制的特点。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种含硒物料的强化浸出装置，包括浸出罐，浸出罐上方设有旋转电机，旋转电机旁设有进料口，旋转电机下方连接转轴，转轴与搅拌叶片连接，浸出罐底部设有出料口，浸出罐外设有加热夹层，浸出罐上设有氯气管道，浸出罐内设有超声波发生器，浸出罐内还设有电位电极，电位电极连接电位电极监测与显示装置。
本实用新型的浸出罐在工作时，通过搅拌叶片和超声波发生器同时作用，加快了氯气和含硒物料的混合过程，提高了浸出效果。同时，在浸出罐中连接电位电极监测与显示装置，能够及时观察浸出过程的氧化还原反应的情况。与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有混合浸出效果好，浸出过程易于控制的优点。

实施例1。包括浸出罐1，浸出罐1上方设有旋转电机2，旋转电机2旁设有进料口3，旋转电机2下方连接转轴4，转轴4与搅拌叶片5连接，浸出罐1底部设有出料口11，浸出罐1外设有加热夹层6，浸出罐1上设有氯气管道7，浸出罐1内设有超声波发生器8，浸出罐1内还设有电位电极9，电位电极9连接电位电极监测与显示装置10。
本实用新型工作原理：工作时，将含硒物料通过进料口3放入浸出罐1中，然后通过旋转电机2带动转轴4与搅拌叶片5进行转动，同时启动超声波发生器8，由氯气管道7通入氯气，进行浸出反应，加热夹层6可采用电加热设备，以保持浸出反应的温度，浸出罐1内的电位电极9通过电位电极监测与显示装置10实时显示浸出罐1内物料的电位。
