本实用新型属于机械制造工艺装备的技术领域，具体指一种新型机床装夹装置。
背景技术
在现有技术中，圆形棒料一般采用卡盘或卡头进行装夹，卡盘或卡头在未装夹时，卡盘或卡头露在外面，在转动时容易将切削液或者铁屑利用离心作用甩出，容易影响操作者，且对周边环境造成影响。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种将卡头藏在机床内，提高安全性的机床装夹装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种新型机床装夹装置，包括筒夹体，筒夹体内套设有芯轴、芯轴内套设有夹头；所述夹头上设有弹性凹槽，所述夹头上设有一个装夹孔，所述装夹孔被弹性凹槽等分为三等分，所述筒夹体的外端设置有端盖，所述端盖的中部设有安装孔；所述夹头的侧面上环设有锥体，所述芯轴上设有与锥体的锥面一适配的锥面二；所述夹头的头部设有与安装孔适配的夹紧部，所述夹紧部与锥体的连接处设有一台阶；所述筒夹体的上端设有凸部，所述凸部的外周壁上环设有三个等距设置的凸块一，凸块一与筒夹体的上端面形成卡槽一，所述端盖的内壁上环设有三个等距设置的凸块二，所述凸块二与卡槽一旋转卡接；所述装夹孔内设有三个凹槽，相邻两个的环形凹槽之间的距离相等，所述凹槽内设置有海绵垫。

本实用新型相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是：通过端盖的设置可以将夹头置于端盖内，防止夹头露在机床外，凹槽和海绵垫的设置可以使装夹孔在工件加工的时候可以对工件上的切削液进行吸收，减少切削液进入夹头内的流量，凸块二与卡槽一卡接，凸块一位于凸块二的上方，缺口一与缺口二对合，这样便于端盖与筒夹体的连接，以及方便端盖与筒夹体的固定，防止在工作过程中由于机床的震动造成端盖的拖落，增加安全性。

参见图1、图2、图3所示，一种新型机床装夹装置，包括筒夹体1，筒夹体1内套设有芯轴2、芯轴2内套设有夹头3；所述夹头3上设有弹性凹槽5，所述夹头3上设有一个装夹孔34，所述装夹孔34被弹性凹槽5等分为三等分，所述筒夹体1的外端设置有端盖4，所述端盖4的中部设有安装孔41，通过端盖4的设置可以将夹头3置于端盖4内，防止夹头3露在机床外；所述夹头3的侧面上环设有锥体31，所述芯轴2上设有与锥体31的锥面一311适配的锥面二21，通过锥面一311与锥面二21的配合提高了夹头3与芯轴2的配合度，提高了同轴度；所述夹头3的头部设有与安装孔41适配的夹紧部32，所述夹紧部32与锥体31的连接处设有一台阶33；所述筒夹体1的上端设有凸部11，所述凸部11的外周壁上环设有三个等距设置的凸块一111，凸块一111与筒夹体1的上端面形成卡槽一12，所述端盖4的内壁上环设有三个等距设置的凸块二42，所述凸块二42与卡槽一12旋转卡接，这样方便端盖4与筒夹体1的固定，防止在工作过程中由于机床的震动造成端盖4的拖落，增加安全性；所述装夹孔34内设有三个凹槽5，相邻两个的环形凹槽5之间的距离相等，所述凹槽5内设置有海绵垫6，这样可以使装夹孔34在工件加工的时候可以对工件上的切削液进行吸收，减少切削液进入夹头3内的流量。
进一步设置为：所述海绵垫6的外端面与装夹孔34的内壁齐平，这样在对工件上的切削液进行吸收的同时，还可以避免海绵垫6对夹头3装夹时的影响。
进一步设置为：所述筒夹体1的上部设有螺丝孔13，所述螺丝孔13的沉头部上设有与筒夹体1的上端面连通的缺口一14，所述端盖4的下端设有与缺口一14对合的缺口二43，所述凸块二42与卡槽一12卡接，凸块一111位于凸块二42的上方，缺口一14与缺口二43对合，这样方便端盖4与筒夹体1的固定，防止在工作过程中由于机床的震动造成端盖4的拖落，增加安全性。
进一步设置为：所述凸块二42的下端面与端盖4的下端面齐平设置，这样便于生产加工。
进一步设置为：所述端盖4的内壁设有卡槽二44，所述凸块一111与卡槽二44旋转卡接，进一步方便端盖4与筒夹体1的连接。
进一步设置为：所述端盖4的下端设有三个圆周等距设置的所述缺口二43，这样可以使缺口二43在与缺口一14对合的时候不需要刻意去对合，方便使用者使用。
