背景技术
球阀在流体控制中广泛应用,在流体控制应用中,球阀在管道中主要用于开启、关闭、分配流体介质的流动、改变流体介质的流动方向和流速等作用,一般包括阀体、阀芯、手柄和与手柄连接用来控制阀芯转动的阀杆,阀体内设置有贯穿阀体两端的通路以及与通路垂直连接的通孔,阀芯设置与通路内,阀杆穿过通孔与阀芯配合连接,阀芯具有横截面为圆形的通道。转动手柄带动阀杆转动,阀芯通路与阀体通道连通时,球阀打开,阀芯通路与阀体通道不连通时,球阀关闭。但在一些温差较大的环境中,特别是昼夜或者冬夏温差较大的环境中,由于管线的热胀冷缩,固定形式管线容易产生破裂现象,发生泄露。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种可调节法兰球阀,通过活动式法兰对接管线,使管线在热胀冷缩时,能够进行补偿,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种可调节法兰球阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、阀盖、设置在阀体内的球体;所述阀盖通过螺杆连接到阀体,阀盖端口处通过螺纹连接有法兰盘;所述法兰盘端面上开有多个对接孔。
进一步地,所述球体与左右阀盖之间均设置有阀座支承圈,阀座支承圈上通过螺钉连接有阀座压环,阀座压环一面贴紧阀座支承圈,阀座压环与阀座支承圈之间形成有夹缝,夹缝内设置有阀座。
进一步地,阀座与球体的密封面填充有润滑油脂,并在阀座支承圈内设置有油脂补充通道。
进一步地,阀盖上开有连通到阀座支承圈的油脂补充通道的油脂添加孔,并设置有密封堵头。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型在两端的阀盖出设置可活动的对接法兰盘,通过对接法兰盘再连接有管路,在夏季或者白天等温度较高的环境中,管路会发生热胀,当管线过长时,每段的管线热胀量进行堆积,会产生大量的挤压力,此时通过扳动螺纹将法兰盘进行旋紧,使其靠近球体,来释放挤压力;反之,在冬季或者晚上温度较低时,通过扳动螺纹将法兰盘进行放松,释放拉力;能有效避免管线破损。

如图1所示,一种可调节法兰球阀,包括阀体、阀盖6、设置在阀体内的球体1;所述阀盖6通过螺杆连接到阀体,阀盖6端口处通过螺纹连接有法兰盘7;所述法兰盘7端面上开有多个对接孔。所述球体1与左右阀盖6之间均设置有阀座4支承圈5,阀座4支承圈5上通过螺钉3连接有阀座4压环2,阀座4压环2一面贴紧阀座4支承圈5,阀座4压环2与阀座4支承圈5之间形成有夹缝,夹缝内设置有阀座4。阀座4与球体1的密封面填充有润滑油脂,并在阀座4支承圈5内设置有油脂补充通道。阀盖6上开有连通到阀座4支承圈5的油脂补充通道的油脂添加孔,并设置有密封堵头。
在使用时,本实用新型在两端的阀盖6出设置可活动的对接法兰盘7,通过对接法兰盘7再连接有管路,在夏季或者白天等温度较高的环境中,管路会发生热胀,当管线过长时,每段的管线热胀量进行堆积,会产生大量的挤压力,此时通过扳动螺纹将法兰盘7进行旋紧,使其靠近球体1,来释放挤压力;反之,在冬季或者晚上温度较低时,通过扳动螺纹将法兰盘7进行放松,释放拉力;能有效避免管线破损。

2.根据权利要求1所述的可调节法兰球阀,其特征在于:所述球体与左右阀盖之间均设置有阀座支承圈,阀座支承圈上通过螺钉连接有阀座压环,阀座压环一面贴紧阀座支承圈,阀座压环与阀座支承圈之间形成有夹缝,夹缝内设置有阀座。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可调节法兰球阀,其特征在于:阀座与球体的密封面填充有润滑油脂,并在阀座支承圈内设置有油脂补充通道。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可调节法兰球阀,其特征在于:阀盖上开有连通到阀座支承圈的油脂补充通道的油脂添加孔,并设置有密封堵头。
