本实用新型属于轻型飞行器制造技术领域,具体涉及一种三座旋翼飞机。
背景技术
旋翼飞机是一种利用前飞时的相对气流吹动旋翼自转以产生升力的轻型飞机,其前进动力由发动机带动螺旋桨直接提供。已有的旋翼飞机由于结构设计上的限制,承载能力小,包括驾驶员最大只能承载两人,而且续航距离短,难以满足远距离输送人员执行特殊任务的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题:提供一种三座旋翼飞机,通过改进结构设计,提高机架的整体强度,使载重能力得到较大提升,最大可承载三人,续航能力提高一倍以上,加之通过配装摄像机或热像仪、导航设备、电台等,满足远距离输送人员执行特殊任务的需要。
本实用新型采用的技术方案:一种三座旋翼飞机,包括驾驶舱、机架、起落架、发动机、旋翼、尾翼,所述机架由横梁和垂直固定在横梁上的纵梁构成,驾驶舱固定在横梁的前部,起落架安装在横梁的下方,发动机固定在纵梁中部的后方,旋翼头安装在纵梁的上端,旋翼头上安装有旋翼,尾翼安装在横梁尾端的上方;所述发动机的动力输出轴上联接有螺旋桨,且发动机的动力输出轴通过传动轴及离合器驱动旋翼头带动旋翼旋转;
所述驾驶舱内设有驾驶员座椅,所述驾驶舱的前部上方安装有导航设备及仪表板,所述驾驶舱后方的横梁上固定有长排乘员座椅;所述驾驶舱内设有操纵杆、尾翼控制踏板、油门控制手柄和刹车控制手柄;所述操纵杆及尾翼控制踏板均铰接在横梁上,且操纵杆及尾翼控制踏板均位于驾驶员座椅的前方;所述油门控制手柄和刹车控制手柄均铰接在驾驶员座椅的一侧;所述操纵杆通过连杆机构与旋翼头连接控制旋翼的姿态;所述尾翼控制踏板通过连杆和钢丝拉线控制起落架前轮的转动角度和尾翼的摆动角度,所述油门控制手柄通过钢丝拉线与发动机连接,刹车控制手柄通过钢丝拉线与起落架后轮上的刹车系统连接。
所述长排座椅的两端可伸缩,至少乘坐2人或躺卧一人。
所述驾驶舱的前部下方安装有摄像机或热像仪,所属驾驶员座椅的下方安装有音频通信设备。

1、本实用新型通过改进机架结构设计,提高机架的整体强度,满足装载大动力发动机的条件,从而使载重能力得到较大提升,续航能力提高一倍以上,加之通过配装摄像机或热像仪、导航设备、电台等,满足远距离输送人员执行特殊任务的需要。
2、本实用新型更换了更大动力的发动机,一是有效缩短了起飞滑跑距离,进一步提高了机动性能;二是乘员座椅设置为具有伸缩功能的长排座椅,可至少乘坐2人或躺卧一人,满足快速机动运送伤病员的需要。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1-5描述本实用新型的一种实施例。
一种轻型旋翼飞机,包括驾驶舱1、机架2、起落架3、发动机4、旋翼5及尾翼6等。所述机架2由横梁7和垂直固定在横梁7上的纵梁8构成,驾驶舱1固定在横梁7的前部,起落架3安装在横梁7的下方,发动机4固定在纵梁8中部的后方,旋翼头9安装在纵梁8的上端,旋翼头9上安装有旋翼5,尾翼6安装在横梁7尾端的上方;发动机4的动力输出轴上联接有螺旋桨10,且发动机4的动力输出轴通过传动轴11及离合器12驱动旋翼头9带动旋翼5旋转。
所述驾驶舱1内设有驾驶员座椅23,所述驾驶舱1的前部上方安装有导航设备及仪表板26,所述驾驶舱1后方的横梁7上固定有长排乘员座椅24;所述驾驶舱1内设有操纵杆13、尾翼控制踏板14、油门控制手柄15和刹车控制手柄16;所述操纵杆13及尾翼控制踏板14均铰接在横梁7上,且操纵杆13及尾翼控制踏板14均位于驾驶员座椅23的前方;所述油门控制手柄15和刹车控制手柄16均铰接在驾驶员座椅23的一侧;所述操纵杆13通过连杆机构17与旋翼头9连接控制旋翼5的姿态;所述尾翼控制踏板14通过连杆28和钢丝拉线18控制起落架3前轮的转动角度和尾翼6的摆动角度,所述油门控制手柄15通过钢丝拉线与发动机4连接,刹车控制手柄16通过钢丝拉线与起落架3后轮上的刹车系统连接。
所述尾翼6由一个固定尾翼19和一个垂直活动尾翼20组成,所述固定尾翼19由一个水平固定尾翼21和三个垂直固定尾翼22组成,且水平固定尾翼21固定在横梁7尾端的上方,三个垂直固定尾翼22分别位于水平固定尾翼21的左右两端及中央;垂直活动尾翼20铰链在中央垂直固定尾翼22的后方,且所述尾翼控制踏板14通过连杆28和钢丝拉线18与垂直活动尾翼20连接,进而控制垂直活动尾翼20的摆动角度。
所述驾驶舱1的前部下方安装有摄像机(或热像仪)25,所述前座椅支架23的下方安装有音频通信设备27。所述起落架3为前三点轮式起落架。所述长排乘员座椅24的下方设置有燃油箱29。
本实用新型增加了旋翼驱动系统,在起飞时将离合器闭合通过发动机直接为旋翼提供动力,驱动旋翼旋转产生升力,然后离合器分离,可大大缩短起飞的滑翔距离。本实用新型增加了垂直活动尾翼,通过控制垂直活动尾翼的摆动角度便可控制飞行姿态,大大提高了机动性能。

1.一种三座旋翼飞机,包括驾驶舱(1)、机架(2)、起落架(3)、发动机(4)、旋翼(5)、尾翼(6),其特征在于:所述机架(2)由横梁(7)和垂直固定在横梁(7)上的纵梁(8)构成,驾驶舱(1)固定在横梁(7)的前部,起落架(3)安装在横梁(7)的下方,发动机(4)固定在纵梁(8)中部的后方,旋翼头(9)安装在纵梁(8)的上端,旋翼头(9)上安装有旋翼(5),尾翼(6)安装在横梁(7)尾端的上方;所述发动机(4)的动力输出轴上联接有螺旋桨(10),且发动机(4)的动力输出轴通过传动轴(11)及离合器(12)驱动旋翼头(9)带动旋翼(5)旋转;
所述驾驶舱(1)内设有驾驶员座椅(23),所述驾驶舱(1)的前部上方安装有导航设备及仪表板(26),所述驾驶舱(1)后方的横梁(7)上固定有长排乘员座椅(24);所述驾驶舱(1)内设有操纵杆(13)、尾翼控制踏板(14)、油门控制手柄(15)和刹车控制手柄(16);所述操纵杆(13)及尾翼控制踏板(14)均铰接在横梁(7)上,且操纵杆(13)及尾翼控制踏板(14)均位于驾驶员座椅(23)的前方;所述油门控制手柄(15)和刹车控制手柄(16)均铰接在驾驶员座椅(23)的一侧;所述操纵杆(13)通过连杆机构(17)与旋翼头(9)连接控制旋翼(5)的姿态;所述尾翼控制踏板(14)通过连杆(28)和钢丝拉线(18)控制起落架(3)前轮的转动角度和尾翼(6)的摆动角度,所述油门控制手柄(15)通过钢丝拉线与发动机(4)连接,刹车控制手柄(16)通过钢丝拉线与起落架(3)后轮上的刹车系统连接。
