背景技术
在本实用新型提出以前，电缆放线采用放线器，电缆缠绕在放线器上，在放线过程中，需要破劲，但是目前没有破劲装置被采用，只能任其打弯，影响放线效果，甚至发生电缆折断。因此研究放线器转动是解决放线问题的目标。
发明内容
为了实现放线器转动，本实用新型提供了放线器转动装置。该装置通过电动和传递机构，使放线器转动。解决放线器转动放线的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是：
在载车车厢后部通过放线器悬挂臂挂有放线器，放线器悬挂臂安装在电动旋转机构上，电动旋转机构通过电机带动旋转。
积极效果，本实用新型能够使放线器放线不产生打弯和折断，具有使用方便，保护电缆的优点。适宜作为放线器转动机构装置使用。

使用时，将放线器挂在放线器悬挂臂上，在放线时，通过电机带动旋转机构旋转放线器悬挂臂，使放线器达到直线放线的效果。
放线器悬挂臂的旋转方向与放线方向相适应，随着放线，随之转动放线器，使放线器上缠绕的电缆破劲，从而保证了放线不打弯和折曲。
