从图1本实用新型的结构示意图可以看出，本实用新型由定位销1、定位板3、橡胶缓冲垫2等组成，定位销1焊接在旋转架上，定位板3焊接在旋转踏面上，定位板3的定位孔4上装有橡胶缓冲垫2，定位销1通过橡胶缓冲垫2插入定位板3上的定位孔4内。当旋转架下降到旋转踏面上位置时，定位销1会插入定位板上的定位孔4内，在定位销1插入定位板上的定位孔4内时，由于橡胶缓冲垫2的作用，在不影响定位效果的情况下，起到降低设备运行噪音问题。
