本实用新型涉及一种化工设备，具体为一种反应釜；包括釜体，釜体包括可拆卸连接的上反应釜釜体和下反应釜釜体，上反应釜釜体设置有进料口，下反应釜釜体地不设置有出料口，上下反应釜体内壁设置有和内壁贴合的隔板；上反应釜顶端中部设有电机组件，所述的电机组件底部设有搅拌器，搅拌器设置于罐体内，所述搅拌器包括转轴、搅拌叶、防沉淀装置，搅拌叶固接在转轴上，防沉淀装置固接在所述转轴末端，防沉淀装置包括防沉淀件和防沉淀刷，防沉淀件靠近所述罐体底部，形状与所述罐体底部相适配，所述防沉淀刷固接在所述的防沉淀件靠近所述罐体底部端面；实用新型通过可拆卸的釜体结构和在釜体内设置防沉淀刷保证了反应釜最小的沉淀物的残余量，减少了对釜体的腐蚀。

本实用新型涉及一种化工设备，更具体地说，它涉及一种反应釜。
背景技术
现有的反应釜为整体式结构，一个反应釜一般只能用于一种产品的生产，这是因为如果一个反应釜用于多个不同产品的生产时，由于各反应物料的化学性质各异，而且反应釜整体式结构也很难对反应釜内壁进行干净的清洗，其内壁残留物会对后续产品的生产造成影响，造成产品质量的缺陷。而且随着内壁残留物的增加，会对反应釜的导热性能带来影响，使反应釜内温度的变化不能及时的达到所需温度，也会对制品的质量带来影响；同时如果残留物是具有腐蚀性质的，会对反应釜内壁造成腐蚀，影响反应釜及相关部件的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述缺陷，目的在于提供一种能方便的将反应釜内壁残留物清洗的反应釜。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种反应釜，包括釜体，其特征在于，所述的釜体包括可拆卸连接的上反应釜釜体和下反应釜釜体，其中上反应釜釜体设置有进料口，下反应釜釜体地不设置有出料口，其中上下反应釜体内壁设置有和内壁贴合的隔板；其中，上反应釜顶端中部设有电机组件，所述的电机组件底部设有搅拌器，所述的搅拌器设置于罐体内，其中所述搅拌器包括转轴、搅拌叶、防沉淀装置，其中搅拌叶固接在转轴上，防沉淀装置固接在所述转轴末端，其中防沉淀装置包括防沉淀件和防沉淀刷，其中防沉淀件靠近所述罐体底部，形状与所述罐体底部相适配，所述防沉淀刷固接在所述的防沉淀件靠近所述罐体底部端面。
进一步的，隔板上部为翻边结构，其中翻边设置在上反应釜和下反应釜之间，隔板通过翻边固定在反应釜体上。
进一步的，所述的翻遍上下部设置有密封胶垫。
进一步的，所述的搅拌叶为半封闭方框，未封闭一侧固接于所述转轴上。
有益效果：本实用新型通过可拆卸的釜体结构和在釜体内设置防沉淀刷保证了反应釜最小的沉淀物的残余量，减少了对釜体的腐蚀。

进一步的，隔板上部为翻边结构，其中翻边设置在上反应釜和下反应釜之间，隔板通过翻边固定在反应釜体上。
