技术领域
本申请涉及一种生物质燃烧器的蓄水式散热防结焦结构。
背景技术
现有技术中,关于燃烧器的防结焦结构多是采用物理方式,其实并不是严格意义上的防止结焦,而多是在结焦发生后再进行除焦。该方式采用可循环转动的链条对燃烧室内进行清焦,此种物理方式在转动过程中使得燃料无法充分燃烧,热效率降低。同时该种清焦结构会在一定程度上对燃烧室内造成损伤,致使整体检修次数增多,加大用户使用成本。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提出一种结构简单,可有效降低炉膛、燃烧室及其他部位结焦的一种生物质燃烧器的蓄水式散热防结焦结构。
本申请的目的是这样实现的:一种生物质燃烧器的蓄水式散热防结焦结构包括设置在燃烧室和炉膛之间的水箱,所述水箱上端敞口,敞口端盖有水箱盖,所述水箱底面中心开孔,该孔用以连通燃烧室,为火焰口,所述水箱盖中心开孔,孔下连接有空腔水箱胆,水箱胆下端胆口圆周与火焰口圆周密封相连,使得水箱胆和水箱之间形成储水空间。
本申请通过增设水箱,采用非物理方式进行防结焦,即可利用水箱吸热提供热水,又可对炉膛、燃烧室进行散热沉降,防止结焦,虽因其设于燃烧室和炉膛之间,但留有火焰口,使得热量主要沿火焰口传递至炉膛内,故增设水箱并不会降低热效率。

实施例:如图1、2所示,一种生物质燃烧器的蓄水式散热防结焦结构包括设置在燃烧室和炉膛之间的水箱4,所述水箱4上端敞口,敞口端盖有水箱盖7,所述水箱底面中心开孔,该孔用以连通燃烧室,为火焰口5,所述水箱盖7中心开孔,孔下连接有空腔水箱胆3,水箱胆3下端胆口6圆周与火焰口5圆周密封相连,使得水箱胆3和水箱4之间形成储水空间。所述水箱胆3为上口大下口小的空腔圆台形,其上口与炉膛连通。
所述水箱盖7直径大于水箱4的直径,外沿伸出,从而形成散热外沿,有利热量快速散发。燃烧室内热量主要沿火焰口5传递至炉膛1内,而利用不上的热量才会被水箱4内液体流质吸收,故增设水箱4并不会降低热效率。而散热外沿也是在燃烧室2熄火或持续小火时起到对燃烧室和炉膛快速降温的作用,也不影响热效率的应用。
所述水箱4侧壁上盖连接有进水管和出水管,所述出水管与家用水管连通。这样通过水箱4内液体流质可进行储热,液体流质经出水管流出,为家庭提供热水。
在使用时,通过水箱4内液体流质可在燃烧室2熄火或持续小火时,快速将降温室、燃烧室及炉膛内的热量导出,从而防止结焦。

1.一种生物质燃烧器的蓄水式散热防结焦结构,其特征在于:包括设置在燃烧室和炉膛之间的水箱,所述水箱上端敞口,敞口端盖有水箱盖,所述水箱底面中心开孔,该孔用以连通燃烧室,为火焰口,所述水箱盖中心开孔,孔下连接有空腔水箱胆,水箱胆下端胆口圆周与火焰口圆周密封相连,使得水箱胆和水箱之间形成储水空间。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种生物质燃烧器的蓄水式散热防结焦结构,其特征在于:所述水箱胆为上口大下口小的空腔圆台形,其上口与炉膛连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种生物质燃烧器的蓄水式散热防结焦结构,其特征在于:所述水箱盖直径大于水箱的直径,外沿伸出,从而形成散热外沿。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种生物质燃烧器的蓄水式散热防结焦结构,其特征在于:所述水箱侧壁上盖连接有进水管和出水管,所述出水管与家用水管连通。
