Abstract

本发明公开了一种带有冷凝水导流板的节能器，包括节能器，所述节能器上部一侧设有进水口、其另一侧设有出水口，节能器的下端设有烟气进口、其上端设有烟气出口，在烟气进口的两侧对称设有排水口，所述节能器腔室上部设有烟管组、节能器腔室下部设有烟气导流装置，烟气进口中的烟气经烟气导流装置进入烟管组并通过烟气出口排出。本发明结构简单，有效的解决了冷凝水的流向问题，不会对锅炉或者加热炉等设备造成腐蚀，保护设备，延长设备的使用寿命，冷凝水也不会流到地面，给环境造成污染，冬天也不会流到地面结冰，防止操作人员摔伤。

一种带有冷凝水导流板的节能器
技术领域
本发明涉及锅炉及原油储运专业的加热炉的节能器，特别是一种带有冷凝水导流板的节能器。
背景技术
在锅炉及加热炉燃烧过程中，由于锅筒内软化水不断蒸发生成蒸汽，需要不断的往锅筒内补充软化水，防止烧干锅，软化水为常温，进入锅炉后，烧成蒸汽需要很长一段时间，节能器就是利用锅炉或加热炉尾部排放预热对准备进入到锅炉内的软化水进行加温，以提高热效率，节约燃料，但是节能器内的常温软化水和高温的烟气进行交换时，生成大量冷凝水，流入到锅炉或加热炉内，加速设备的腐蚀，而且冷凝水也容易从锅炉尾部的烟箱盖板处流出到地面，给环境造成污染，尤其是冬天容易结冰，造成操作人员摔伤。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题，本发明提供一种带有冷凝水导流板的节能器，能够有效的解决冷凝水的流向问题，不会对锅炉或者加热炉等设备造成腐蚀，冷凝水也不会流到地面，给环境造成污染。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种带有冷凝水导流板的节能器，包括节能器，所述节能器上部一侧设有进水口、其另一侧设有出水口，节能器的下端设有烟气进口、其上端设有烟气出口，在烟气进口的两侧对称设有排水口，所述节能器腔室上部设有烟管组、节能器腔室下部设有烟气导流装置，烟气进口中的烟气经烟气导流装置进入烟管组并通过烟气出口排出。
所述烟气导流装置包括固定在节能器底部的支撑杆，所述支撑杆上设有烟气分流板，在烟气分流板上设有冷凝水导流板和烟气分流口，所述烟气分流板和冷凝水导流板的下端部均朝向排水口方向倾斜，烟气分流口的设置增加了烟管组的受热面积，更有效的将烟气用于软化水的加热。
所述烟气分流板与节能器底面之间的夹角α为50-60°；所述冷凝水导流板与烟气分流板所在平面之间的夹角β为20-30°，保证冷凝水能够被导流至排水口，有效收集并排除冷凝水。
所述烟气进口伸入节能器内的高度d为90-100mm，有效避免冷凝水返流至烟气进口。
所述烟气进口两侧的烟气分流板上端之间有间隙，方便烟气从烟气进口处通过烟气分流板之间的间隙进入节能器上部腔室。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：①本发明结构简单，有效的解决了冷凝水的流向问题，不会对锅炉或者加热炉等设备造成腐蚀，保护设备，延长设备的使用寿命，冷凝水也不会流到地面，给环境造成污染，冬天也不会流到地面结冰，防止操作人员摔伤；②使锅炉或加热炉内的高温烟气，沿着烟气分流板上的烟气分流口向上排送，增加节能器的受热面积，使整个节能器内部的烟管都能受到加热，使节能器内的软化水快速升温，特别是在冬天，使准备进入锅炉或者加热炉内的水温提高到 4 倍以上，节约大量的天然气。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1、图2和图3所示，本实施例带有冷凝水导流板的节能器，包括节能器1，所述节能器上部一侧设有进水口2、其另一侧设有出水口3，节能器的下端设有烟气进口4、其上端设有烟气出口5，在烟气进口的两侧对称设有排水口6，所述节能器腔室上部设有烟管组7、节能器腔室下部设有烟气导流装置烟气进口中的烟气经烟气导流装置进入烟管组并通过烟气出口排出；所述烟气导流装置包括固定在节能器底部的支撑杆8，所述支撑杆上设有烟气分流板9，在烟气分流板上设有冷凝水导流板10和烟气分流口11，所述烟气分流板和冷凝水导流板的下端部均朝向排水口方向倾斜。
本实施例烟气分流板与节能器底面之间的夹角α为60°；所述冷凝水导流板与烟气分流板所在平面之间的夹角β为30°；所述烟气进口伸入节能器内的高度d为90mm。
本实施例的工作过程如下：
如图4所示，烟气通过烟气进口进入节能器中，同时准备进入到锅炉内的软化水通过进水口进入节能器腔室的上部，一部分烟气沿图中A向上升进入烟管组中，通过烟管组将软化水加热，其余部分的烟气沿图中B向和C向通过烟气分流口上升进入烟管组中，更有效的将烟气用于软化水的加热；烟气遇到节能器上部腔室内的软化产生冷凝水，冷凝水滴到烟气分流板上和/或冷凝水导流板上，冷凝水再沿着冷凝水导流板落到节能器底部并进入排水口。
实施例2
本实施例烟气分流板与节能器底面之间的夹角α为50°；所述冷凝水导流板与烟气分流板所在平面之间的夹角β为20°；所述烟气进口伸入节能器内的高度d为100mm，其余技术方案与实施例1的技术方案相同。

Claims (4)

1.一种带有冷凝水导流板的节能器，其特征在于：包括节能器（1），所述节能器上部一侧设有进水口（2）、其另一侧设有出水口（3），节能器的下端设有烟气进口（4）、其上端设有烟气出口（5），在烟气进口的两侧对称设有排水口（6），所述节能器腔室上部设有烟管组（7）、节能器腔室下部设有烟气导流装置，烟气进口中的烟气经烟气导流装置进入烟管组并通过烟气出口排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有冷凝水导流板的节能器，其特征在于：所述烟气导流装置包括固定在节能器底部的支撑杆（8），所述支撑杆上设有烟气分流板（9），在烟气分流板上设有冷凝水导流板（10）和烟气分流口（11），所述烟气分流板和冷凝水导流板的下端部均朝向排水口方向倾斜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带有冷凝水导流板的节能器，其特征在于：所述烟气分流板与节能器底面之间的夹角α为50-60°；所述冷凝水导流板与烟气分流板所在平面之间的夹角β为20-30°。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的带有冷凝水导流板的节能器，其特征在于：所述烟气进口伸入节能器内的高度d为90-100mm。
