本实用新型涉及制粒机技术领域,尤其是指可为制粒机提供水冷效果的装置。
背景技术
在生物质颗粒行业中,大都是采用卧式制粒机,主要由齿轮箱、环模、压辊构成。这种制粒机通常是采用环模主动形式,压辊是从动转动,亦即是环模是与齿轮箱的输出轴固定连接,安装压辊的主轴是不转动的。输出轴采用中空轴,通过轴承套装在主轴上,输出轴再通过轴承安装在齿轮箱的箱体上。由于制粒机的长期运作,轴承和转轴这些转动部件的温度会越来越高,难免会出现金属疲劳现象,导致轴承损毁,因此传统制粒机的轴承损耗率非常高,经常要停机维修,严重影响生产进度。因此,有必要对现有的制粒机作出相应的改进,以期可降低制粒机转动部件的温度,延长制粒机的使用寿命。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种为制粒机提供水冷效果的装置。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种制粒机构的水冷装置,包括有齿轮箱、环模、压辊以及用以安装压辊的压辊座,齿轮箱的输出轴为中空轴,输出轴通过轴承安装在齿轮箱的箱体上,输出轴内通过轴承套装有主轴,环模与输出轴固定连接,压辊座与主轴固定连接,主轴在远离压辊座的那侧与箱体通过过载螺栓固定连接,其特征在于:所述齿轮箱的紧靠环模这一侧的箱体上设有水夹套。
采用本实用新型所带来的有益效果:由于本实用新型在齿轮箱的紧靠环模这一侧的箱体上设有水夹套,可外接水冷循环系统,为制粒机的转动部件提高冷却性能,降低制粒机转动部件的温度,延长制粒机的使用寿命。

如图1所示,一种制粒机构的水冷装置,包括有齿轮箱1、环模2、压辊3以及用以安装压辊3的压辊座4,齿轮箱1的输出轴5为中空轴,输出轴5通过轴承6安装在齿轮箱1的箱体7上,输出轴5内通过轴承8套装有主轴9,环模2与输出轴5固定连接,压辊座4与主轴9固定连接,主轴9在远离压辊座4的那侧与箱体7通过过载螺栓10固定连接。在本实用新型中,所述齿轮箱1的紧靠环2模这一侧的箱体7上设有水夹套11。水冷循环系统通过管道接通水夹套11,为压辊轴承和输出轴承等转动部件冷却降温,从而降低制粒机转动部件的温度,延长制粒机的使用寿命。
