背景技术
目前,安装于冷却塔内部带动风扇旋转的水轮机,通常采用双击式水轮机或常规的混流式水轮机。双击式水轮机运行效率偏低,出力小,无法完全满足冷却塔的工作要求;常规混流式水轮机水力性能虽然比双击式水轮机的水力性能优越,但需要通过匹配相应的行星齿轮减速器,整体尺寸偏大,且减速器会降低总体效率,不能很好的满足与冷却塔安装配套的要求。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种冷却塔专用混流式水轮机,其结构简单,具有超低比转速和超低单位转速。
本实用新型的技术方案为:
一种冷却塔专用混流式水轮机,包括主轴和连接于主轴下端的转轮,所述的冷却塔专用混流式水轮机还包括有蜗壳,所述的转轮选用超低比转速转轮且安装于蜗壳内。
所述的超低比转速转轮顶端的外圈设置有不随主轴转动的顶盖,顶盖的顶端固定设置有轴承箱。
所述的超低比转速转轮顶端的外圈和顶盖的内圈之间设置有密封装置。

1.一种冷却塔专用混流式水轮机,包括主轴和连接于主轴下端的转轮,其特征在于:所述的冷却塔专用混流式水轮机还包括有蜗壳,所述的转轮选用超低比转速转轮且安装于蜗壳内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冷却塔专用混流式水轮机,其特征在于:所述的超低比转速转轮顶端的外圈设置有不随主轴转动的顶盖,顶盖的顶端固定设置有轴承箱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种冷却塔专用混流式水轮机,其特征在于:所述的超低比转速转轮顶端的外圈和顶盖的内圈之间设置有密封装置。
