本发明涉及一种高效节能酒精回收塔。
背景技术
酒精回收塔适用于制药、食品、轻工、化工等行业的稀酒精回收。也适用于甲醇等
其他溶煤产品的蒸馏。但是,现有的酒精回收塔存在着耗能较大,塔内酒精浓度不易控制或
控制成本较高等问题。为保证生产效益的提高,应当控制设备的耗能及成本在较低水平。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高效节能酒精回收塔,耗能较小,成本较低,解决现有技
术中存在的耗能较大,塔内酒精浓度不易控制或控制成本较高等问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种高效节能酒精回收塔,包括塔釜、塔身和进料泵,所述塔釜与塔身为一体,所述塔釜内设有加热管,所述进料泵通过过滤器与连接管连接,所述连接管包括与塔釜连接件的第一进料管和与塔身中间处连接的第二进料管,所述塔身顶部侧面连接有稳压器,所述稳压器与冷凝器连接,所述冷凝器通过平衡罐分别与回流罐和真空冷却罐连接,所述回流罐通过回流泵与塔身连接,所述真空冷却罐设有酒精出口。
所述真空冷却罐设有冷凝管。
所述加热管为可拆卸式U型加热管,所述加热管设于塔釜的筒体底部。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
1.通过设置过滤器,能有效的对输出的稀酒精溶液进行初步过滤,去除一部分朵质,减少了后面回收工序的负担,加快了回收效率,提高了酒精的回收纯度。
2.酒精塔顶部侧面连接有稳压器,可以防止塔内压力不稳定,使设备安全可靠,压力稳定,低沸点的醛类气体则未经冷凝直接排出,酒精回收效果好。
3.真空冷却罐,可以对从冷凝冷却器中流出的高纯度酒精进行再次降温和降压处理,使回收纯度更高,回收效果更好。

一种高效节能酒精回收塔,包括塔釜1、塔身2和进料泵3,所述塔釜1与塔身2为一体,所述塔釜1内设有加热管4,所述进料泵3通过过滤器5与连接管连接,所述连接管包括与塔釜连接件的第一进料管6和与塔身中间处连接的第二进料管7,可根据不同的酒精浓度选择不同的进料管道,所述塔身顶部侧面连接有稳压器14,防止塔内压力不稳定,安全可靠,压力稳定,低沸点的醛类气体则未经冷凝直接排出,所述稳压器14与冷凝器8连接,所述冷凝器8通过平衡罐9分别与回流罐10和真空冷却罐11连接,所述回流罐10通过回流泵12与塔身2连接,所述真空冷却罐11设有酒精出口13。
所述真空冷却罐11设有冷凝管15,可以对从冷凝冷却器中流出的高纯度酒精进行再次降温和降压处理,使回收纯度更高,回收效果更好。
所述加热管4为可拆卸式U型加热管,所述加热管4设于塔釜1的筒体底部。

1.一种高效节能酒精回收塔,包括塔釜(1)、塔身(2)和进料泵(3),所述塔釜(1)与塔身(2)为一体,所述塔釜(1)内设有加热管(4),所述进料泵(3)通过过滤器(5)与连接管连接,所述连接管包括与塔釜连接件的第一进料管(6)和与塔身中间处连接的第二进料管(7),所述塔身顶部侧面连接有稳压器(14),所述稳压器(14)与冷凝器(8)连接,所述冷凝器(8)通过平衡罐(9)分别与回流罐(10)和真空冷却罐(11)连接,所述回流罐(10)通过回流泵(12)与塔身(2)连接,所述真空冷却罐(11)设有酒精出口(13)。
