传统的做法是在顶棚骨架和主骨架锁护的铁板上做销孔定位,是先把一侧先定位锁护好,再调节另一侧到位。这种传统的做法对顶棚骨架精度的要求较高,顶棚上的弯管是手工和弯管机弯出来的,跟数据的尺寸误差比较大,第一侧好定位,第二侧就难以定位了。
传统的顶棚骨架和主骨架的定位结构组配困难,组配上需要较多的人力和时间,才能定位锁护好。

本实用新型的有益效果是:经过对顶棚骨架和主骨架定位结构的改进,使组配简单,多次拆装都能定位精准。骨架的材质是钢材和铁板,其强度足够,可长久运用,且不会对环境存在污染等危害环境的现象。
