背景技术
在发动机塑料进气歧管和气门室罩盖与缸盖的紧固螺栓安装位置，为保证塑料件不被紧固螺栓压溃，需要设置金属套筒形式的压缩限位器，将压缩限位器嵌在塑料孔中抵抗压缩。已有技术是利用塑料孔的内壁与压缩限位器的外壁之间的过盈配合，使用压机将压缩限位器压入塑料孔中。但由于塑料制品受环境温度的影响尺寸会有变化，采用过盈配合，这种压缩限位器与塑料孔是平面对平面进行摩擦，对压缩限位器和塑料孔的配合面要求比较高；因此，这种方式在生产过程中难以控制，经常出现过松或溢料过多的现象。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种防溢料的嵌件孔结构，该结构增大了压缩限位器与塑料孔的摩擦阻力，提高压缩限位器的拔出力和减少压缩限位器嵌入孔产生的溢料，同时提高了产品的合格率。

该嵌件孔2与压缩限位器4在紧配合时，产生的溢料通过导向倒角5与压缩限位器4所形成的流道口6进入两端呈喇叭状的嵌件孔2内，从而增大了压缩限位器4与嵌件孔2内壁的摩擦阻力，提高压缩限位器4的拔出力和减少压缩限位器4嵌入嵌件孔2产生的溢料，本实用新型使嵌件孔2与压缩限位器4的配合面要求降低，提高了产品的合格率。
