背景技术
目前粉类物料用提升机，多为斗式提升机，但目前斗式提升机多使用单斗重复装卸，完成提升装料，工作效率底、对电机负荷较大，影响使用寿命，不利于流水化生产作业使用。

本实用新型的目的便是提供一种适用于流水化作业使用，工作效率高，使用寿命长的提升机。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案包括立柱，其特征在于，所述立柱上端设有提升机体，所述提升机体外沿设有输送带轨道，所述输送带轨道内设有辊轴式输送带，所述辊轴式输送带上设有多个斗箱底座，所述斗箱底座上侧设有通过单侧合页连接的物料输送箱，所述物料输送箱前方下侧设有撬杆，所述撬杆下侧设有弹簧，所述弹簧连接撬杆与辊轴式输送带对应的辊轴，所述提升机体上侧设有轨道架，所述提升机体内设有电机，所述电机左下侧与右下侧均设有齿状辊轴，所述电机通过三角带与齿状辊轴连接。

1、结构简单，操作方便，便于维护保养，使用成本低。
2、多箱体供料，供料连续，效率高。
3、电机单向运转，无急停急启，对电机损害少，使用寿命长。

如图1、2所示，本实用新型包括立柱1，其特征在于，所述立柱1上端设有提升机体2，所述提升机体2外沿设有输送带轨道3，所述输送带轨道3内设有辊轴式输送带4，所述辊轴式输送带4上设有多个斗箱底座5，所述斗箱底座5上侧设有通过单侧合页6连接的物料输送箱7，所述物料输送箱7前方下侧设有撬杆8，所述撬杆8下侧设有弹簧9，所述弹簧9连接撬杆8与辊轴式输送带4对应的辊轴，所述提升机体2上侧设有轨道架10，所述提升机体2内设有电机11，所述电机11左下侧与右下侧均设有齿状辊轴12，所述电机11通过三角带13与齿状辊轴12连接。
本实用新型的工作原理：将物料放置在物料输送箱7内，接通电源，电机11运转，辊轴式输送带4沿输送带轨道3运动，带到物料输送箱7运动，当行至轨道架10时，撬杆8滑过轨道架10上侧，将物料输送箱7侧翻，同时弹簧9拉伸，当撬杆8划过轨道架10最高处后在弹簧9的作用下物料输送箱7回位。

1.一种侧翻自动卸料提升机，包括立柱，其特征在于：所述立柱上端设有提升机体，所述提升机体外沿设有输送带轨道，所述输送带轨道内设有辊轴式输送带，所述辊轴式输送带上设有多个斗箱底座，所述斗箱底座上侧设有通过单侧合页连接的物料输送箱，所述物料输送箱前方下侧设有撬杆，所述撬杆下侧设有弹簧，所述弹簧连接撬杆与辊轴式输送带对应的辊轴，所述提升机体上侧设有轨道架，所述提升机体内设有电机，所述电机左下侧与右下侧均设有齿状辊轴，所述电机通过三角带与齿状辊轴连接。
