本实用新型涉及羽绒加工设备，具体涉及一种水洗机加料斗。
背景技术
在对羽绒进行加工前，需要利用洗毛机对羽绒进行清洗，目前，洗毛机上料采用的是人工上料，人直接将羽绒投进水洗机内，由于水洗机进料口位置较高，造成投料所需时间长，效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，使用方便，可实现快速投料，提高工作效率的水洗机加料斗。
本实用新型的技术方案是：
水洗机加料斗，包括壳体，壳体底板设置出料口，底板上设置出料挡板，底板上开有槽，出料挡板下端设置齿条，齿条穿过槽，底板下方设置齿轮，齿轮与齿条配合工作带动出料挡板移动，出料挡板上方设置翻板，翻板通过销轴与壳体连接，翻板的末端连接拉绳，拉绳的另一端连接卷扬机，卷扬机设置在壳体外侧。
出料挡板下部两侧设置滚轮，壳体两侧内壁上设置防堵挡板。
壳体内设置搅轴。
翻板上设置行程开关，行程开关连接卷扬机控制开关。
将本实用新型安装在水洗机进料口上方，出料口正对水洗机进料口，在水洗机工作时就可以将待洗羽绒放入壳体内，等需要投料时，出料挡板在齿轮的带动下移动，使羽绒从出料口进入水洗机，同时卷扬机带动翻板转动，从而将壳体内的另一侧的羽绒进入水洗机。
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，提高了投料效率，缩短了因投料水洗机停机的时间，提高了水洗机的工作时间和经济效益。

具体实施方式
水洗机加料斗，包括壳体，壳体安装在水洗机上方，壳体底板2设置出料口，出料口上方设置搅轴13，可有效防止羽绒因挤压向下运动的问题，出料口正对水洗机进料口，底板2上设置出料挡板3，底板2上开有槽，出料挡板3下端设置齿条4，齿条4穿过槽，底板2下方设置齿轮12，齿轮12与齿条4配合工作带动出料挡板3移动，出料挡板3下部两侧设置滚轮5，壳体1两侧内壁上设置防堵挡板6，防堵挡板6可防止羽绒进入底板2上，使出料挡板3移动不便。
出料挡板3上方设置翻板7，翻板7通过销轴8与壳体1连接，翻板7的末端连接拉绳10，拉绳10的另一端连接卷扬机11，卷扬机11设置在壳体外侧，翻板7上设置行程开关9，行程开关9连接卷扬机11控制开关，当翻板7转动到一定位置时，行程开关9碰到底板2时，行程开关9使卷扬机11停止工作一段时间后倒转，使翻板7回到初始位置。

1.水洗机加料斗，其特征在于，包括壳体，壳体底板设置出料口，底板上设置出料挡板，底板上开有槽，出料挡板下端设置齿条，齿条穿过槽，底板下方设置齿轮，齿轮与齿条配合工作带动出料挡板移动，出料挡板上方设置翻板，翻板通过销轴与壳体连接，翻板的末端连接拉绳，拉绳的另一端连接卷扬机，卷扬机设置在壳体外侧。
