Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种微型发声器,其包括振膜和音圈,所述音圈包括驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈绕线部和自所述音圈绕线部引出的音圈引线部,所述微型发声器还进一步包括嵌设于所述振膜上的导电焊盘和导电线材,所述音圈引线部连接于所述导电焊盘,所述导电线材的一端连接于所述导电焊盘、另一端连接于所述微型发声器的电信号输入端以实现音圈通电。本实用新型提供的微型发声器可以节省内部额外的让位空间、并且可以避免由于音圈引线碰撞振膜或盆架引起的纯音不良、同时可靠性高。

微型发声器
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及电声转换器领域,尤其涉及一种微型发声器。
【背景技术】
微型发声器广泛应用于手机、笔记本电脑、助听器等便携式电子设备。随着这些便携式电子设备的快速发展,人们对应用于其中的微型发声器的要求也越来越高。
相关技术的微型发声器包括振膜和结合于振膜一侧的音圈,音圈包括音圈引线,音圈引线焊接在盆架的焊盘上实现音圈的通电,音圈引线在音圈驱动振膜振动时做拉伸弯曲振动。
微型发声器内部需要额外设置音圈引线做拉伸弯曲振动的让位空间;在音圈引线做拉伸弯曲振动的过程中,音圈引线很容易碰撞振膜或盆架从而引起纯音不良;做拉伸弯曲振动的音圈引线承受的拉伸强度大易断线,可靠性不高。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的技术方案以克服上述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型提供了一种可以节省内部额外的让位空间、并且可以避免由于音圈引线碰撞振膜或盆架引起的纯音不良、同时可靠性高的微型发声器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种微型发声器,其包括振膜和音圈,所述音圈包括驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈绕线部和自所述音圈绕线部引出的音圈引线部,所述微型发声器还进一步包括嵌设于所述振膜上的导电焊盘和导电线材,所述音圈引线部连接于所述导电焊盘,所述导电线材的一端连接于所述导电焊盘、另一端连接于所述微型发声器的电信号输入端以实现音圈通电。
优选的,所述导电焊盘通过注塑或热压方式结合于所述振膜。
优选的,所述导电线材通过注塑或热压方式结合于所述振膜。
优选的,所述振膜是硅胶振膜。
优选的,所述振膜包括相对设置的一对长边和相对设置的一对短边以及依次连接所述长边和短边的弧形边,所述导电焊盘设置在弧形边处。
优选的,所述导电线材由导电碳纤维制成。
优选的,所述导电线材由石墨烯制成。
本实用新型具有以下优点:本实用新型提供的微型发声器可以节省内部额外的让位空间、并且可以避免由于音圈引线碰撞振膜或盆架引起的纯音不良、同时可靠性高。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图,对本实用新型作详细说明。
如图1所示,为本实用新型提供的微型发声器100,其包括振膜1、音圈2、磁钢3、磁碗4和盆架5,磁碗4收容于盆架5,磁钢3收容于磁碗4。
参照图2,音圈2包括驱动所述振膜1振动发声的音图绕线部21和自所述音圈绕线部21引出的音圈引线部22,振膜1包括相对设置的一对长边1a和相对设置的一对短边1b以及依次连接所述长边1a和短边1b的弧形边1c。
所述微型发声器100还进一步包括嵌设于所述振膜1上的导电焊盘6和导电线材7,所述音圈引线部22连接于所述导电焊盘6,所述导电线材7的一端7a连接于所述导电焊盘6、另一端7b连接于所述微型发声器100的电信号输入端以实现音圈2通电。振膜1可以是由硅胶注塑成型的硅胶振膜,所述导电焊盘6可以选择通过注塑或热压方式结合于所述振膜1,优选的,所述导电焊盘6设置在振膜1的弧形边1c处。同样的,所述导电线材7也可以选择通过注塑或热压方式结合于所述振膜1,所述导电线材7可以选择由导电碳纤维制成,所述导电线材7也可以选择由石墨烯制成。
本实用新型提供的微型发声器的音圈引线部在音圈绕线部驱动振膜振动的过程中是随音圈绕线部振动的振动自由端,音圈引线部在音圈绕线部驱动振膜振动时不做拉伸弯曲振动,从而不需要设计让位音圈引线部做拉伸弯曲振动的让位空间,可以节省内部额外的让位空间;音圈引线部在音圈绕线部驱动振膜振动时不会碰撞振膜或盆架,从而可以避免相关技术中由于音圈引线碰撞振膜或盆架引起的纯音不良;音圈引线部在音圈绕线部驱动振膜振动时不做拉伸弯曲振动,从而可以避免音圈引线部承受拉伸强度不易断线,可靠性高。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种微型发声器,其包括振膜和音圈,其特征在于:所述音圈包括驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈绕线部和自所述音圈绕线部引出的音圈引线部,所述微型发声器还进一步包括嵌设于所述振膜上的导电焊盘和导电线材,所述音圈引线部连接于所述导电焊盘,所述导电线材的一端连接于所述导电焊盘、另一端连接于所述微型发声器的电信号输入端以实现音圈通电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微型发声器,其特征在于:所述导电焊盘通过注塑或热压方式结合于所述振膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微型发声器,其特征在于:所述导电线材通过注塑或热压方式结合于所述振膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微型发声器,其特征在于:所述振膜是硅胶振膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微型发声器,其特征在于:所述振膜包括相对设置的一对长边和相对设置的一对短边以及依次连接所述长边和短边的弧形边,所述导电焊盘设置在弧形边处。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的微型发声器,其特征在于:所述导电线材由导电碳纤维制成。
7.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的微型发声器,其特征在于:所述导电线材由石墨烯制成。
