技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种金刚石砂轮，特别是一种钕铁硼异形永磁体加工用的金刚石砂轮。
背景技术
以金刚石磨料为原料，分别用金属粉、树脂粉、陶瓷和电镀金属作结合剂，制成的中央有通孔的圆形固结磨具称作金刚石砂轮（合金砂轮）。由于金刚石磨料所具有的特性（硬度高、抗压强度高、耐磨性好），使金刚石磨具在磨削加工中成为磨削硬脆材料及硬质合金的理想工具，不但效率高、精度高，而且粗糙度好、磨具消耗少、使用寿命长，同时还可改善劳动条件。因此，其广泛地被用于普通磨具难于加工的低铁含量的金属及非金属硬脆材料，如钕铁硼永磁体、硬质合金、高铝瓷、光学玻璃、玛瑙宝石、半导体材料、石材等。
钕铁硼永磁体在使用金刚石砂轮进行打磨时，为了避免发热、开裂等现象，在打磨过程中需要浇冷却液。但是，考虑到上述钕铁硼永磁体的打磨过程中金刚石砂轮始终是在高速旋转，且具有相对较高的温度，冷却液浇至金刚石砂轮表面时，冷却液滴因碰撞会向四周飞溅，同时吸热后汽化，产生雾状的颗粒，该部分雾状颗粒会散乱的弥漫在空气中，极易通过呼吸道被吸入人体内，影响人体健康。
因此，申请人认为有必要对上述现有的钕铁硼异形永磁体加工用的金刚石砂轮作进一步的结构改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种金刚石砂轮在旋转过程中，在其旋转方向上能够产生强度相对较大的气流的钕铁硼异形永磁体加工用的金刚石砂轮。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所设计的一种钕铁硼异形永磁体加工用的金刚石砂轮，包括轮体，轮体表面的周圈部分上至少设有一圈弧面凸环，在周圈部分上还环布有多个直角缺口，且多个直角缺口位于同一圆周轨迹上，且同一朝向。
上述中所提供的一种钕铁硼异形永磁体加工用的金刚石砂轮，其结构中在轮体表面的周圈部分上环布有多个位于同一圆周轨迹上，且同一朝向的直角缺口。采用上述结构的金刚石砂轮对钕铁硼异形永磁体进行加工，其轮体相当于一个前向叶轮，能够在轮体旋转方向上使得环境空气加快流动，最终形成特定方向上的气流，冷却液滴因碰撞以及吸热后汽化所产生雾状的颗粒能够被上述特点方向上的气流所牵引，从而最大程度上避免其通过呼吸道进入人体，危害人体健康。
作为进一步的技术优选，上述的轮体主要由金刚石工作层以及非金刚石基体两部分组成，其中上述的弧面凸环与直角缺口均分布在金刚石工作层表面的周圈部分上。
考虑到金刚石材料的成本相对较高，上述进一步的技术优选方案中的金刚石砂轮是在保证金刚石砂轮的使用要求的前提下，降低了其成本，经济性好。
本实用新型得到的一种钕铁硼异形永磁体加工用的金刚石砂轮，其具体使用中能够通过在轮体旋转方向上使得环境空气加快流动，从而形成气流来牵引因碰撞以及吸热后汽化的冷却液，避免上述的雾状颗粒的冷却液进入人体，最大程度上降低该雾状颗粒的冷却液对用户身体造成伤害；同时，其还具备了使用稳定性好，经济效益高等一系列优点。

本实施例中所提供的一种钕铁硼异形永磁体加工用的金刚石砂轮，其大体结构与实施例1相一致，如图2所示，但是本实施例中所述的轮体1主要由金刚石工作层5以及非金刚石基体6两部分组成，其中上述的弧面凸环3与直角缺口4均分布在金刚石工作层5表面的周圈部分2上。
上述结构的金刚石砂轮在保证金刚石砂轮的使用要求的前提下，降低了成本，经济性好。

1.一种钕铁硼异形永磁体加工用的金刚石砂轮，包括轮体（1），轮体（1）表面的周圈部分（2）上至少设有一圈弧面凸环（3），其特征是在周圈部分（2）上还环布有多个直角缺口（4），且多个直角缺口（4）位于同一圆周轨迹上，且同一朝向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钕铁硼异形永磁体加工用的金刚石砂轮，其特征是上述的轮体（1）主要由金刚石工作层（5）以及非金刚石基体（6）两部分组成，其中上述的弧面凸环（3）与直角缺口（4）均分布在金刚石工作层（5）表面的周圈部分（2）上。
