背景技术
随着我国经济技术不断的发展，城市化和工业化日渐深化，各种大气污染急剧增加，雾霾现象越来越严重；目前应用于煤矿、钢厂、电厂、煤码头企业的防尘多使用防尘网或喷淋洒水防尘大喷枪，均为固定式结构，投资成本也大；且所述地理位置多崎岖不平，不能满足灵活机动的使用要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于为解决现有技术的不足，提供一种体积小、射程高远、移动灵活并能够在复杂环境工作的移动式喷雾机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：移动式喷雾机，包括挂车，挂车的底盘上端面设有防滑板，所述防滑板上固定设置有喷雾装置、水箱、发电机组和电控装置，其特征在于：所述喷雾装置电路连接电控装置，所述喷雾装置管路连接高压水泵，高压水泵管路连接水箱，高压水泵与电控装置分别和所述发电机组电路连接，挂车的车轴通过板弹簧固定在挂车底盘上，在挂车底盘的下端面还设有支撑装置，所述支撑装置包括设于底盘上的四根立柱，每根立柱的下端螺纹套接一支撑腿。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的移动式喷雾机，功力强、射程远，能够速将尘埃抑制降尘，配套动力灵活既可用三相380V的市电，也可配套发电机组供电，能够为各种用电设备提供充足的能量；该移动式喷雾机可配套安装与运输车辆上，也可与洒水车一起使用，耗水量相比其它抑尘喷洒设备可节约70-80%，降低了粉尘对大气的污染，改善了周围环境和现场作业人员的劳动环境，减少了职业病的发生；所述防滑板的设置增加了喷雾装置、水箱与挂车底盘结合的牢固性，车轴处采用加强型板弹簧，减震效果好，即使在崎岖不平的环境中作业，整机、轮胎、车轴都可能良好的保护，机动灵活性好。

下面通过具体实施例进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
如图1所示：移动式喷雾机，包括挂车1，挂车1的底盘上端面设有防滑板3，所述防滑板3上固定设置有喷雾装置4、水箱5、发电机组6和电控装置8，所述喷雾装置4电路连接电控装置8，所述喷雾装置4管路连接高压水泵7，高压水泵7管路连接水箱5，高压水泵7与电控装置8分别和发电机组6电路连接，挂车的车轴9通过板弹簧10固定在挂车1底盘上，在挂车1底盘的下端面还设有支撑装置2。
本实用新型的移动式喷雾机，可配套安装在运输车辆上，也可与洒水车一起使用，耗水量相比其它抑尘喷洒设备可节约70-80%，降低了粉尘对大气的污染，改善了周围环境和现场作业人员的劳动环境，减少了职业病的发生。
所述挂车1底盘上设有配套发电机组6，可以给整机各用电设备供电；提高了环保行业自动化水平，减少了整机作业过程中动力不足的后顾之忧。
所述防滑板3的设置，一方面方便用户维护操作，另一方面增加了喷雾装置、水箱与挂车底盘结合的牢固性；挂车1的车轴9通过板弹簧10连接在挂车的下端，减震效果好，即使在崎岖不平的环境中作业，整机、轮胎、车轴都可能良好的保护。
所述支撑装置2包括均设于挂车底盘上的四根立柱21，每根立柱21的下端螺纹套接一支撑腿22，所述支撑腿22相对于所述立柱21可以上下移动，该移动式喷雾机采用高度可调的支撑装置2，适用于各种高度牵引车。

1.移动式喷雾机，包括挂车，挂车的底盘上端面设有防滑板，所述防滑板上固定设置有喷雾装置、水箱、发电机组和电控装置，其特征在于：所述喷雾装置（4）电路连接电控装置（8），所述喷雾装置（4）管路连接高压水泵（7），高压水泵（7）管路连接水箱（5），高压水泵（7）与电控装置（8）分别和所述发电机组（6）电路连接，挂车的车轴（9）通过板弹簧（10）固定在挂车（1）底盘上，在挂车（1）底盘的下端面还设有支撑装置（2），所述支撑装置（2）包括设于底盘上的四根立柱（21），每根立柱（21）的下端螺纹套接一支撑腿（22）。
