本实用新型涉及一种压簧式汽车座椅占位压力传感器,属于汽车零部件。下壳体与承压钢板上方固定连接,用于与车身线束连接的连接装置与下壳体固定连接,承压钢板两端有用于连接座椅座簧的弯钩,承压钢板上的弯钩内安装塑料扣件,触发电路板与下壳体固定连接,支撑板与下壳体上导柱固定连接,支撑板上部有弹簧导柱一,上壳体的下部有弹簧导柱二,弹簧一套接在弹簧导柱一和弹簧导柱二外部,上壳体中央有导套,上部触发点的空心导柱与导套滑动连接,弹簧二分别连接上部触发点和上壳体。优点是结构新颖,解决了传感器受座椅造型的限制问题,且压力探测面积增加,使用寿命得以提高,更有利于汽车座椅占位压力传感器的通用化设计。

技术领域
本实用新型属于一种汽车零部件,特别涉及汽车座椅占位压力传感器。
背景技术
目前,国内外汽车技术发展至今,各项功能已经普遍得到广泛使用,其中汽车主被动安全装置更是必要的配置。在被动安全装置方面,安全带和气囊是最受到人们关注的两种配备。而安全带未系提醒系统和气囊的展开控制所需要的逻辑判断正是汽车座椅占位压力传感器所提供的。由于现今汽车座椅占位压力传感器多是安装在座椅面套与座椅海绵之间,这就决定了传感器的造型必然受到座椅表面造型的限制,这些造型甚至会造成传感器一些功能的受限。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种压簧式汽车座椅占位压力传感器,以解决汽车座椅占位压力传感器安装在座椅面套与座椅海绵之间时、使传感器的造型受到座椅表面造型的限制,甚至会造成传感器一些功能丧失的问题。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是:下壳体与承压钢板上方固定连接,用于与车身线束连接的连接装置与下壳体固定连接,承压钢板两端有用于连接座椅座簧的弯钩,承压钢板上的弯钩内安装塑料扣件,触发电路板与下壳体固定连接,支撑板与下壳体上导柱固定连接,支撑板上部有弹簧导柱一,上壳体的下部有弹簧导柱二,弹簧一套接在弹簧导柱一和弹簧导柱二外部,上壳体中央有导套,上部触发点的空心导柱与导套滑动连接,弹簧二分别连接上部触发点和上壳体。
本实用新型的优点是结构新颖,由于下壳体固定在承压钢板上,然后通过承压钢板上的弯钩将整个装置固定在座椅座簧上,承压钢板上的弯钩与座椅座簧之间安装塑料扣件,保证整个装置不移位,同时也避免车辆运行时承压钢板与座椅座簧无噪音产生。整个结构的安装无需对座椅进行任何修改,杜绝了以往安装在座椅座垫海绵与支撑海绵的座簧之间时,需要对座垫海绵和座椅座簧进行修改缺陷,解决了传感器受座椅造型的限制问题,且压力探测面积增加,使用寿命得以提高,更有利于汽车座椅占位压力传感器的通用化设计。

具体实施方式
下壳体2与承压钢板3上方固定连接,用于与车身线束连接的连接装置9与下壳体固定连接,承压钢板3两端有用于连接座椅座簧11的弯钩301,承压钢板3上的弯钩301内安装塑料扣件10,保证整个装置不移位,同时也避免车辆运行时承压钢板3与座椅座簧11无噪音产生,保证整个装置不移位,同时也避免车辆运行时承压钢板3与座椅座簧无噪音产生;触发电路板4与下壳体2固定连接,支撑板5与下壳体2上导柱固定连接,支撑板5上部有弹簧导柱一501,上壳体1的下部有弹簧导柱二101,弹簧一7套接在弹簧导柱一和弹簧导柱二外部,弹簧一7的作用是对上部压力壳体1起支撑作用,防止本实用新型在无载荷的情况下与上部压力壳体1连接的上部触发点6与下部触发电路4导通,产生误报信号,弹簧一7的压缩力决定压力敏感度;上壳体1中央有导套102,上部触发点6的空心导柱601与导套滑动连接,弹簧二8分别连接上部触发点6和上壳体1,其作用是受到来自上方的载荷时,上部触发点6与下部触发电路4导通,弹簧二8受到挤压产生发作用力,保证上部触发点6与下部触发电路4有足够的接触力,使输出信号稳定。
下部触发电路板4可为印刷电路板、铜材质电路或其他易于导电的材质所制成的电路。
工作原理:
将本实用新型安装在座垫海绵与座椅座簧11之间,当座垫海绵被施加足够的载荷时,座垫海绵产生形变,压力通过座垫海绵传导到上部压力壳体1上,弹簧一7受到挤压收缩,同时上部触发点6下降与下部触发电路板导通,上部触发点6内部弹簧二8也同时收缩,并产生反作用力,保证上部触发点6下降与下部触发电路4导通的稳定性,此时连接装置9输出座椅被占位信号。
撤掉外部载荷时弹簧7恢复原状,带动上壳体1和上部触发点6上升,此时为断路或超限值状态,输出座椅未被占位信号。
当外部载荷低于设定值时,压缩弹簧7的压缩形变不足以使上部触发点6下降与下部触发电路板4导通,此时输出座椅未被占位信号。

1.一种压簧式汽车座椅占位压力传感器,其特征在于:下壳体与承压钢板上方固定连接,用于与车身线束连接的连接装置与下壳体固定连接,承压钢板两端有用于连接座椅座簧的弯钩,承压钢板上的弯钩内安装塑料扣件,触发电路板与下壳体固定连接,支撑板与下壳体上导柱固定连接,支撑板上部有弹簧导柱一,上壳体的下部有弹簧导柱二,弹簧一套接在弹簧导柱一和弹簧导柱二外部,上壳体中央有导套,上部触发点的空心导柱与导套滑动连接,弹簧二分别连接上部触发点和上壳体。
