技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种多层共挤薄膜,属于包装材料领域和医疗用品领域,主要应用于医药包装或医疗用薄膜。
背景技术
多层共挤薄膜的应用,通过不同性能的材料复合而成,使塑料制品兼具不同材料的优良特性,在特性上进行互补,从而使塑料制品得到所需的性能和外观:如防氧,防湿的阻隔性,阻渗透性,透明性,保香性,保温性,防紫外线,抗污染性,高温蒸煮性,低温热封性,以及强度、刚度、硬度等机械性能,抗穿刺性,耐撕裂性和印刷性等。改变了单一材料塑料制品所具有的局限性,极大的提高了塑料制品的综合性能。
目前,由于生产设备的限制,大多数共挤复合膜的极限是七层或九层,如中国专利号ZL201120118910.1,公开了一种气垫膜,其特征在于:所述气垫膜为七层共挤薄膜,其自上而下依次为:第一茂金属聚乙烯层、第二茂金属聚乙烯层、第一粘合层、尼龙层、第二粘合层、第三茂金属聚乙烯层和第四茂金属聚乙烯层。本实用新型气垫膜,强度高、韧性好、热封性能佳。
又如中国专利号ZL201120118884.2,公开了一种用于集装箱的气垫膜,其特征在于:所述用于集装箱的气垫膜为七层共挤薄膜,其自上而下依次为:茂金属聚乙烯层、第一粘合层、尼龙层、第二粘合层、低密度聚乙烯层、第一线性低密度聚乙烯层和第二线性低密度聚乙烯层。本实用新型用于集装箱的气垫膜,抗穿刺性能高、韧性好、热封性能佳、成本低。
然而,世界最新的生产设备已成功使用流延法生产十一层复合膜。十一层复合膜在食品饮料及药物器械产业中均有极大的开发空间,如延长肉类、奶制品、生鲜食物在无防腐剂条件下的常温保存期限,延长保质期和货架期,保鲜、保味,使食品达到无公害无污染的目的等;或对于药品的保存,需要阻止气体和蒸汽的渗透,阻止液体、香味、气体、及光线的透过,并具有优越的热封性和优良的透明度。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种多层共挤薄膜,能阻止气体和蒸汽的渗透,阻止液体、香味、气体、及光线的透过,并具有优越的热封性和优良的透明度。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种多层共挤薄膜,其中,所述的多层共挤薄膜为十一层薄膜,由外而内依次为第一LLDPE层、第一粘胶剂层、第一PET层、第二粘胶剂层、第一PA层、EVOH层、第二PA层、第三粘胶剂层、第二PET层、第四粘胶剂层和第二LLDPE层。
在上述方案的基础上,所述的第一LLDPE层原料为80%LLDPE和20%mPE,占整体厚度比例为27%,第一粘胶剂层占整体厚度比例为3%,第一PET层占整体厚度比例为10%,第二粘胶剂层占整体厚度比例为3%,第一PA层占整体厚度比例为5%,EVOH层占整体厚度比例为4%,第二PA层占整体厚度比例为4%,第三粘胶剂层占整体厚度比例为3%,第二PET层占整体厚度比例为10%,第四粘胶剂层占整体厚度比例为3%,第二LLDPE层原料为80%LLDPE和20%mPE,占整体厚度比例为27%。
本实用新型的优点在于:能阻止气体和蒸汽的渗透,阻止液体、香味、气体、及光线的透过,并具有优越的热封性和优良的透明度。
