Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种物料搅拌器，包括有一根搅拌轴及其搅拌叶片，在搅拌两边的叶片支撑上分别安装有一个方向相反绕搅拌轴浮起安装的螺旋搅拢，在各螺旋搅拢上下边壁上分别设有内圈螺纹和外圈螺纹。各外圈螺纹为断续交错布置，各内圈螺纹为连续布置。本实用新型用两个旋转方向相反的内外圈螺旋搅拌叶片对发酵罐内的物料进行搅拌，具有适应物料范围广，搅拌均匀，能完全将物料从罐内排空，既节省物料、又方便清理。

本实用新型是一种适用于工艺发酵罐上安装使用的物料搅拌器。
背景技术：
现有的工艺发酵罐搅拌器，是在一根传动轴上对称均布有搅拌叶柄，各搅拌叶柄外端分别安装有一个叶片。这种搅拌器结构，存在的缺点是。因为各叶片安装的数量和宽度有限，只能搅拌一般的物料，对有些物料不易搅拌均匀和充分混合，排出物料时，不能带动物料由罐底阀完全排出，造成物料浪费，又不便于清理。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不但能对各种物料均匀搅拌，而且能带动物料由罐底阀完全排出的物料搅拌器。
本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，一种物料搅拌器，包括有一根搅拌轴及其搅拌叶片，其特征在于：在搅拌两边的叶片支撑上分别安装有一个方向相反绕搅拌轴浮起安装的螺旋搅拢，在各螺旋搅拢上下边壁上分别设有内圈螺纹和外圈螺纹。各外圈螺纹为断续交错布置，各内圈螺纹为连续布置。
本实用新型用两个旋转方向相反的内外圈螺旋搅拌叶片对发酵罐内的物料进行搅拌，具有适应物料范围广，搅拌均匀，能完全将物料从罐内排空，既节省物料、又方便清理。

结合附图详细描述实施例，本实用新型包括有一根搅拌轴1及其搅拌叶片2，主要改进之处在于：在搅拌轴两边的叶片支撑上对称安装有一个螺纹方向相反绕搅拌轴浮起的螺旋搅拢3，在各螺旋搅拢上下边壁上分别设有内圈螺纹5和外圈螺纹4。各外圈螺纹为断续交错布置，但在整个轴线上均可搅拌到；各内圈螺纹为连续布置。这样搅拌器在回转时外圈螺纹将物料向罐内中部推送，而内圈螺纹将罐内中心的物料向外推送，可加速物料的混合，可确保物料彻底排空。

1.一种物料搅拌器，包括有一根搅拌轴及其搅拌叶片，其特征在于：在搅拌两边的叶片支撑上分别安装有一个方向相反绕搅拌轴浮起安装的螺旋搅拢，在各螺旋搅拢上下边壁上分别设有内圈螺纹和外圈螺纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种物料搅拌器，其特征在于：各外圈螺纹为断续交错布置，各内圈螺纹为连续布置。
