[0029] 进水系统包括进水管2和设在进水管上的混合装置,该混合装置采用管道静态混合器30,用于均匀混合污水与硅藻精土高效活性絮凝剂。在进水管2的前端(即出水口端)设有喷口向上的喷嘴26。
[0030] 反应区,用以污水进行絮凝反应,它包含顶端封闭下端开口的圆桶状第二反应室22,第二反应室22设置在直桶状桶体32内部;以及上下两端开口的上大下小的呈渐扩管形的第一反应室21,第一反应室21设置在第二反应室22内部;第二反应室22位于直桶状桶体32内部的中央部位,第一反应室21的上端开口位于第二反应室22内的上部,第一反应室21的下端开口向下伸出位于第二反应室22外或位于第二反应室22的下端开口处。第一反应室21的上部通过连接板23与第二反应室22相连。在第一反应室21的下端设有喉管20,在喉管20下端设有喇叭口 25,而进水管2的喷嘴26的喷口位于喇叭口 25内。在第一反应室中下部上设有锥形挡泥罩24,它在对应第二反应室22的下端开口处,用以避免第二反应室22中沉淀下的污泥被卷入第一反应室21内。

[0038] 本装置在运行时,硅藻精土与污水经管道静态混合器30高效混合后进入进水管2,混合液经喷嘴26高速喷入喉管20,在喉管20下端的喇叭口 25形成真空,吸入大量泥渣,泥渣与污水迅速混合后,进入反应区(第一反应室21、第二反应室22),污水在反应区进行相应稳定的物化、絮凝反应后进入沉降区(斜管下部),污水在沉降区进行絮凝反应后,上升经过斜管27进行固液分离,清水继续上升进入过滤段,经滤料层过滤后流入溢流槽15从清水管排出。
[0039] 本实用新型是集絮凝、沉淀、过滤为一体的高效污水处理成套化装置,其絮凝、澄清及过滤工艺结构紧凑、有机的结合为一体,可高效去除污水中的COD、SS、总磷等污染物;且解决了常规污水处理厂需要建造多个反应池、沉淀池、过滤池的问题,大大的减少了工程占地面积。此外,通过向装置中加入硅藻精土,可进一步提高污水的净水效率,一方面,硅藻土表面的不平衡电位能中和悬浮粒子的电荷,破坏其相斥电位而与硅藻土形成醪羽,凝集成较大的絮花;另一方面,硅藻土的巨大比表面积和表面吸附性使得脱稳胶体极易被吸附到硅藻土上,且附着了污染物质的硅藻土颗粒间相互吸附能力大,可快速形成粒度和密度较大的絮体,且絮体的稳定性好;此外,娃藻土在装置中能形成一个稳定的、致密的滤层,污水经滤层之后得到进一步净化。本装置与传统生化系统联用,可对污水进行深度处理,且无需设置二沉池,可有效节省工程占地面积及工程造价。此外,本实用新型操作简单,易于维护,运行稳定,可使出水稳定达到较好水质。
Claims (10)
1.一种高效污水深度处理成套化装置,其特征在于其包括: 桶体,它由上部的直桶状桶体和下部的斜斗状桶体构成,在所述斜斗状桶体的中部或下部设有进水管,在该进水管上设有用以混合污水和硅藻土的混合装置; 反应区,用以污水进行絮凝反应的所述反应区包括设于所述桶体内的第一反应室和第二反应室,所述第一反应室为上下两端开口且呈下端开口较小的渐扩管形结构,所述进水管的出口位于第一反应室的下端开口处或下端开口内;所述第二反应室为顶端封闭下端开口的圆桶状结构,第一反应室的主体或全部位于第二反应室内; 斜管沉淀区,其包括设置于所述第二反应室上部与直桶状桶体之间的斜板架和若干安装在所述斜板架上的斜管; 过滤段,它包括设置在所述直桶状桶体内所述斜管沉淀区之上的滤料层;以及 冲洗段,包括一个或多个设置在所述直桶状桶体内上部的用于反冲洗所述滤料层的反冲洗管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效污水深度处理成套化装置,其特征在于设在所述进水管上的混合装置为管道静态混合器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效污水深度处理成套化装置,其特征在于所述进水管的出口水端处设有喷口向上的喷嘴,所述第一反应室的下端设有喉管,在所述喉管下端设有喇叭口,而所述进水管喷嘴的喷口位于所述喇叭口。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的高效污水深度处理成套化装置,其特征在于在对应第二反应室的下端开口处的第一反应室中下部上设有用以避免第二反应室中沉淀下的污泥被卷入第一反应室的锥形挡泥罩。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高效污水深度处理成套化装置,其特征在于在所述斜斗状桶体内的下部设有用于快速冲起桶底沉淀物的助冲启动管。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高效污水深度处理成套化装置,其特征在于在所述桶体的顶部设有用于导出过滤后得到的清水的溢流槽、溢流口或排水管。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高效污水深度处理成套化装置,其特征在于在所述桶体的下部设有与斜斗状桶体连接的泥斗,所述泥斗上设有排泥管;在所述斜斗状桶体的下部设有放空管。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高效污水深度处理成套化装置,其特征在于该装置还包括设在桶体外的用以监测或控制处理水质的集水斗,该集水斗分别与多个取样管相连接,这些取样管包括伸至斜斗状桶体底部污泥区取样管、伸至第二反应室内的反应段取样管、伸至桶体顶部的清水取样管和伸至斜管沉淀区上方的澄清水取样管。
9.根据权利要求1所述的高效污水深度处理成套化装置,其特征在于在所述直桶状桶体上部和/或下部桶壁上设有用于观察桶内情况的视镜;在直桶状桶体上部及下部桶壁上分别设有与外界相通的人孔,在直桶状桶体上部设有中间排水管。
10.根据权利要求1所述的高效污水深度处理成套化装置,其特征在于所述反冲洗管采用多喷口固定式切割射流系统;所述第二反应室位于直桶状桶体的中央部位,所述第一反应室的上端开口位于所述第二反应室内的上部,所述第一反应室的下端开口向下伸出位于所述第二反应室外。
