包装盒是食品包装等领域常用的装置,食品包装过程中需要用包装膜对其进行封装。

现有的包装机向包装盒上封装包装膜时,环形切刀的尺寸大于包装盒外轮廓的尺寸,导致切下的包装膜大于包装盒,使包装后的包装盒上存在废边。废边的存在影响美观,且浪费包装膜,此外,在运输过程中废边与包装盒之间容易产生缝隙,导致包装盒上的包装膜被损坏。

本实施方式提供的包装盒内切膜机构,包括压板101,该压板101通过刚性部件102与烫头104连接,压板101通过弹性部件103与刀架105连接,所述压板101、刀架105及烫头104自上而下设置;所述刀架105上设有限位板106及切刀107,所述切刀107为环形,且限位板106位于切刀107的外侧,切刀107的下表面低于限位板106的下表面以及烫头104的下表面。
这种包装盒内切膜机构用于给包装盒201封装包装膜202,主要用于食品包装领域,也可以用于其他包装领域。在使用过程中放置于冲压设备上,冲压设备工作时给压板101向下的压力,压板101带动其他部件工作,完成切膜工作。
压板101通过刚性部件102与烫头104连接,使二者之间相对距离保持不变,在工作时能够同步运动,完成封膜工作;刀架105上连接有切刀107,切刀107用来切包装膜202,切完后切刀107不能继续向下,因此压板101通过弹性部件103与刀架105连接,当刀架105到达一定位置时切刀107及刀架105均不再向下运动,弹性部件103压缩,刀架105及切刀107保持静止,刀架105与压板101之间产生相对运动。
这种包装盒内切膜机构工作时,配合下模板117使用,下模板117上放置包装盒201,包装盒内切膜机构与下模板117之间设置包装膜202。下模板117的具体结构本领域技术人员可以根据实际需求设计。
具体地,在工作时,冲压设备下压,带动压板101下压,压板101带动刀架105、切刀107、限位板106及烫头104向下运动,由于切刀107的下表面低于限位板106及烫头104的下表面(该方向指的是附图3中的方向,低于的意思即切刀107的下表面位于限位板106及烫头104的下表面的下方),因此切刀107首先接触到包装膜202,受向下的冲力,切刀107将包装膜202切开。由于切刀107为环形,因此其能够将一整块包装膜202从整个包装膜202上切下。
本实用新型提供的包装盒内切膜机构的目的在于,使包装盒201上的包装膜202的尺寸小于包装盒201的顶面外轮廓的尺寸,使包装盒201上的包装膜202位于包装盒201的内侧,使包装膜202不存在废边。鉴于此,环形的切刀107的尺寸需要小于包装盒201顶面外轮廓的尺寸,使其能够满足上述要求。具体的切刀107的尺寸本领域技术人员根据实际需求设计。
切刀107将包装膜202切下之后继续向下运动,当限位板106与下模板117接触后,刀架105、切刀107及限位板106不再向下运动。此时切刀107不能切到包装盒201,也就是说切刀107与包装盒201相贴合或者还存在一定间隙,为了达到该目的,技术人员在设计时可根据包装盒201与下模板117的上表面之间的高度差来设计限位板106与切刀107之间的高度差。
此时压板101仍向下运动,弹性部件103压缩,压板101通过刚性部件102带动烫头104继续向下运动,烫头104与包装膜202贴合后将其压到包装盒201上并将其固定到包装盒201上,完成封膜工作。
在实际运行中,由于切刀107及烫头104之间的高度差只有几个毫米,且压板101下冲的速度较快,因此当切刀107将包装膜202切下后在很短的时间内烫头104就可以完成封膜工作,此时包装膜202依然十分平整,封到包装盒201上之后非常整洁。
限位板106的具体形式可以是多种,本领域技术人员可根据实际需求设计,例如,限位板106有多块,多块限位板106环形均匀分布于切刀107的外侧。
这种包装盒内切膜机构打破了传统的包装机的设计理念,采用了先切膜再封膜的设计结构,实验过程中取得了良好的效果,封装好的包装盒201上,包装膜202完全位于包装盒201的内侧,包装膜202不存在延伸出包装盒201的废边,因此节约了包装膜202,更主要的是使封装后的包装膜202更为牢固,不容易脱落,而且十分美观。
进一步地,还包括压膜机构,压膜机构包括压膜板108,该压膜板108的下表面低于切刀107的下表面;压膜机构通过弹性机构与压板101连接,当该弹性机构压缩时,所述压板101向靠近压膜板108的方向运动。
压膜机构用来压制包装膜202,其压膜板108的下表面低于切刀107的下表面,当包装盒内切膜机构工作时,压膜板108先接触到包装膜202,将包装膜202压到下模板117上,之后切刀107再进行切膜工作。这样使得包装膜202在被切膜之前处于紧绷状态,使切刀107能够切下更为平整的包装膜202。
压膜机构通过弹性机构与压板101连接,当压膜板108将包装膜202压到下模板117上之后就不能再向下运动,此时弹性机构压缩,其他部件继续工作。
在一些具体的实施例中,压膜机构及弹性机构是这样设计的:所述压膜机构还包括与压膜板108平行的支撑板109,该支撑板109通过定距件110与压板101连接,所述弹性机构包括复位弹簧111及复位销112,所述复位销112垂直设于压膜板108及支撑板109之间,复位销112的顶端与压板101之间存在间隙;所述复位弹簧111套设于复位销112的外部。
支撑板109为压膜机构的基础结构件,用来安装及连接各部件。定距件110的作用在于使支撑板109与压板101之间存在距离,定距件110的具体结构可以是多种形式,例如圆柱状、方柱状、锥状等,均可以实现其作用。
复位销112设置在压膜板108与支撑板109之间,具体地,复位销112的下端与压膜板108固定连接,二者之间不能产生相对运动,复位销112的上端与支撑板109活动连接,二者能够产生相互运动,且复位销112的一端延伸出支撑板109并连接有销垫片118,销垫片118的设置使复位销112不能从支撑板109上脱落。
复位弹簧111套设于复位销112的外部,且位于压膜板108及支撑板109之间,复位弹簧111的两端分别与压膜板108及支撑板109相抵触;压板101下压使压膜板108与下模板117相抵触后,复位弹簧111压缩,压板101及支撑板109继续下行,复位销112的上端伸出支撑板109。
这种结构的压膜机构及弹性机构设计合理,能够在切刀107切膜之前使压膜板108将包装膜202压紧,使整个机构运行稳定。
弹性部件103与刚性部件102可以是单独设置,不存在实质性连接关系。
优选地,所述弹性部件103为弹簧结构,且弹性部件103的个数与刚性部件102的个数一致,每一个弹性部件103套设于一个刚性部件102的外部,每一个弹性部件103的两端分别与压板101及刀架105相抵触。
这种设计使弹性部件103与刚性部件102存在连接关系,刚性部件102设于弹性部件103的内部使弹性部件103不会晃动。一个弹性部件103与一个刚性部件102形成一个连接组件,优选地,在压板101上连接有多组连接组件,多组连接组件均匀分布,使压板101与刀架105及烫头104之间的连接较为稳定。
具体地,所述刀架105上设有多个沉孔113,每一个沉孔113自上而下包括直径较大的第一开孔及直径较小的第二开孔,所述弹性部件103的下部设于该沉孔113内且其下端与第一开孔的孔底相抵触。
如图所示,弹性部件103的下部伸入沉孔113内,使其更加稳定。
所述刚性部件102穿过沉孔113且通过固定螺栓114与烫头104相连。固定螺栓114使烫头104与刚性部件102之间为固定连接。此外,刚性部件102的上端与压板101之间的连接也是固定连接。
优选地,切刀107包括刀头115,该刀头115为锯齿结构。如图所示,这种结构的切刀107能够快速地将包装膜202切下。
进一步地,所述支撑板109及压膜板108均为环状结构,且支撑板109及压膜板108均位于刀架105的外部。这种设计,使支撑板109及压膜板108不会影响到刀架105及烫头104的工作,使各部件能够顺利运动。
优选地,所述压膜板108的下表面设有压膜硅胶圈116。压膜硅胶圈116的设置使压膜板108压膜时能够压制的更为牢固。
在一些具体的实施例中,提供了一种具体结构的下模板117,该下模板117具有用于放置包装盒201的内腔,该内腔的上表面低于下模板117的上表面。内腔较低,使限位板106与下模板117接触后,刀头115不会与内腔里的包装盒201相接触。
如图3-图6所示,具备了上述结构的包装盒内切膜机构在工作过程中主要有一下四个状态:
图3中,各部件处于初始状态,包装膜位于包装盒内切膜机构与下模板之间;图4中,包装盒内切膜机构下行,压膜板108将包装膜202压到下模板上;图5中,压板101继续下行,复位弹簧111压缩,刀架105向下运动,切刀107接触包装膜202并切下一整块包装膜202,此时限位板106与下模板117抵触,使刀架105、限位板106及切刀107不能进一步下行;图6中,压板101继续下行,弹性部件103压缩,烫头104与刀架105分离,烫头104与包装膜202贴合并将包装膜202封装到包装盒201上,完成包装工作。
上述几个步骤之后基本完成了包装膜的封装工作,之后冲压设备向上运动,压板101回复原位,其他各部件受复位弹簧111、弹性部件103的弹力,以及其他部件的作用力,分别回归原位。
为清楚说明本实用新型,本实施方式中列举了两个具体的实施例:
实施例1
一种包装盒内切膜机构,包括压板101,该压板101通过刚性部件102与烫头104连接,压板101通过弹性部件103与刀架105连接,所述压板101、刀架105及烫头104自上而下设置;所述刀架105上设有限位板106及切刀107,所述切刀107为环形,且限位板106位于切刀107的外侧,切刀107的下表面低于限位板106的下表面以及烫头104的下表面。
还包括压膜机构,压膜机构包括压膜板108,该压膜板108的下表面低于切刀107的下表面;压膜机构通过弹性机构与压板101连接,当该弹性机构压缩时,所述压板101向靠近压膜板108的方向运动。压膜机构还包括与压膜板108平行的支撑板109,该支撑板109通过定距件110与压板101连接,所述弹性机构包括复位弹簧111及复位销112,所述复位销112垂直设于压膜板108及支撑板109之间,复位销112的顶端与压板101之间存在间隙;所述复位弹簧111套设于复位销112的外部。所述压膜板108的下表面设有压膜硅胶圈116。
所述弹性部件103为弹簧结构,且弹性部件103与刚性部件102均有两个每一个弹性部件103套设于一个刚性部件102的外部,每一个弹性部件103的两端分别与压板101及刀架105相抵触。
所述刀架105上设有两个个沉孔113,每一个沉孔113自上而下包括直径较大的第一开孔及直径较小的第二开孔,所述弹性部件103的下部设于该沉孔113内且其下端与第一开孔的孔底相抵触。所述刚性部件102穿过沉孔113且通过固定螺栓114与烫头104相连。所述切刀107包括刀头115,该刀头115为锯齿结构。所述支撑板109及压膜板108均为环状结构,且支撑板109及压膜板108均位于刀架105的外部。
实施例2
一种包装盒内切膜机构,包括压板101,该压板101通过刚性部件102与烫头104连接,压板101通过弹性部件103与刀架105连接,所述压板101、刀架105及烫头104自上而下设置;所述刀架105上设有限位板106及切刀107,所述切刀107为环形,且限位板106位于切刀107的外侧,切刀107的下表面低于限位板106的下表面以及烫头104的下表面。
还包括压膜机构,压膜机构包括压膜板108,该压膜板108的下表面低于切刀107的下表面;压膜机构通过弹性机构与压板101连接,当该弹性机构压缩时,所述压板101向靠近压膜板108的方向运动。压膜机构还包括与压膜板108平行的支撑板109,该支撑板109通过定距件110与压板101连接,所述弹性机构包括复位弹簧111及复位销112,所述复位销112垂直设于压膜板108及支撑板109之间,复位销112的顶端与压板101之间存在间隙;所述复位弹簧111套设于复位销112的外部。所述压膜板108的下表面设有压膜硅胶圈116。
所述弹性部件103为弹簧结构,且弹性部件103与刚性部件102均有两个每一个弹性部件103套设于一个刚性部件102的外部,每一个弹性部件103的两端分别与压板101及刀架105相抵触。

还包括下模板117,该下模板117具有用于放置包装盒201的内腔,该内腔的上表面低于下模板117的上表面。
通过上述设计得到的包装盒内切膜机构,打破了传统的包装机的设计理念,采用了先切膜再封膜的设计结构;封装好的包装盒201上,包装膜202完全位于包装盒201的内侧,包装膜202不存在延伸出包装盒201的废边,节约了包装膜202,更主要的是使封装后的包装膜202更为牢固,不容易脱落;且十分美观,对于整个行业具有重大意义,具有十分广阔的市场前景。

Claims (10)

1.包装盒内切膜机构,其特征在于,包括压板,该压板通过刚性部件与烫头连接,压板通过弹性部件与刀架连接,所述压板、刀架及烫头自上而下设置;所述刀架上设有限位板及切刀,所述切刀为环形,且限位板位于切刀的外侧,切刀的下表面低于限位板的下表面以及烫头的下表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装盒内切膜机构,其特征在于,还包括压膜机构,压膜机构包括压膜板,该压膜板的下表面低于切刀的下表面;压膜机构通过弹性机构与压板连接,当该弹性机构压缩时,所述压板向靠近压膜板的方向运动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的包装盒内切膜机构,其特征在于,所述压膜机构还包括与压膜板平行的支撑板,该支撑板通过定距件与压板连接,所述弹性机构包括复位弹簧及复位销,所述复位销垂直设于压膜板及支撑板之间,复位销的顶端与压板之间存在间隙;所述复位弹簧套设于复位销的外部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的包装盒内切膜机构,其特征在于,所述弹性部件为弹簧结构,且弹性部件的个数与刚性部件的个数一致,每一个弹性部件套设于一个刚性部件的外部,每一个弹性部件的两端分别与压板及刀架相抵触。
5.根据权利要求4所述的包装盒内切膜机构,其特征在于,所述刀架上设有多个沉孔,每一个沉孔自上而下包括直径较大的第一开孔及直径较小的第二开孔,所述弹性部件的下部设于该沉孔内且其下端与第一开孔的孔底相抵触。
6.根据权利要求5所述的包装盒内切膜机构,其特征在于,所述刚性部件穿过沉孔且通过固定螺栓与烫头相连。
7.根据权利要求1所述的包装盒内切膜机构,其特征在于,所述切刀包括刀头,该刀头为锯齿结构。
8.根据权利要求3所述的包装盒内切膜机构,其特征在于,所述支撑板及压膜板均为环状结构,且支撑板及压膜板均位于刀架的外部。
9.根据权利要求2所述的包装盒内切膜机构,其特征在于,所述压膜板的下表面设有压膜硅胶圈。
10.根据权利要求1所述的包装盒内切膜机构,其特征在于,还包括下模板,该下模板具有用于放置包装盒的内腔,该内腔的上表面低于下模板的上表面。
