背景技术
现有的传统的喷涂治具，需要移动对喷枪对产品进行喷涂，很难喷涂均匀，且自动化程度低，因此，有必要设计一种新型精密喷涂治具。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型精密喷涂治具，该新型精密喷涂治具易于实施，能有效保障喷涂质量，能实现自动喷涂。

一种新型精密喷涂治具，包括底座（1）、电机（2）、丝杆（6）、支撑柱（5）和用于对产品实施喷涂的喷枪（9）；电机安装在底座上；
支撑柱固定在底座上，丝杆横向插装在支撑柱顶端的螺纹孔中；丝杆的一端设有用于夹持待喷涂的产品（10）的夹具，丝杆的另一端设有从动齿轮（4）；电机的转轴上安装有主动齿轮（3），主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合；
夹具和喷枪之间设有带窗口（8）的挡板（7）。

有益效果：
本实用新型的新型精密喷涂治具，采用丝杆和电机配合，能在喷涂的同时，横向一定被喷涂的产品，实现整个产品的自动喷涂；另外，2根支撑柱对丝杆行程稳定的支撑，带窗口的挡板能有效减少喷涂物对外部环境的污染，采用步进电机控制丝杠的运行，速度易于控制，因此，这种新型精密喷涂治具有自动喷涂的效果，易于实施，喷涂质量好。若配合机械手自动将产品送至夹具上并从夹具上取走已经喷涂完成的产品，则能实现全自动的生产线的喷涂，喷涂效率高。

夹具和喷枪之间设有带窗口8的挡板7。

图1为示意图，虽然从图上看挡板和喷枪是悬空的，并不代表挡板和喷枪没有固定在其他装置上，实际上，可以将挡板和喷枪固定在支架上，由于支架等部件与本实用新型的相关性不大，且属于常规的设计，故为清楚起见，图1中没有绘制支架等部件。
