Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种北斗定位天线外壳卡扣式组装结构，包括外壳上盖、外壳下盖、天线模组、磁铁和天线，所述外壳上盖上设置有倒勾，外壳下盖上设有与倒勾适配的卡扣，外壳下盖上设置有磁铁，磁铁的上部设置有两组天线模组；所述天线穿设在外壳上盖与外壳下盖之间形成的通孔内，天线的另一端安装有接插件端；本实用新型通过在外壳的上、下盖分别设计一个倒勾式卡扣，使之能通过卡扣式结构组装到一起，安装方式简单、可靠，再配合密封胶，完全能够满足三防要求；上、下盖之间通过倒勾紧密的钩在一起，组装后无需螺丝锁附或强力胶粘接且不易脱落，防水防尘性好、制作简单、成本低廉，使得产品便于量产化，产品安装在应用终端时更加可靠。

背景技术
市场上已有普通车载GPS和北斗系统定位天线外壳组装，都是采用螺丝锁附、强力胶粘接、超声波熔接方式，目前的市面上：在产品有空间的情况下，通过开设BOSS柱螺丝孔，通过自攻螺丝组装固定；在没有足够空间时采用上下壳体通过强力胶水粘接；在没有足够空间并且密封性防水性能要求高的情况下采取超声波熔接组装固定的方式；螺丝锁附的方式对于防水性及防尘性不是很好，必须通过涂密封胶密封才能达到防水防尘的要求，不但制作工艺麻烦、也增加成本；强力胶粘接的方式组装不但受环境影响，一般胶很难满足耐高温、高压及抗摔的要求，而且制作中人工在点胶时无法控制产生益胶影响外观的不良情况，采用自动点胶机的方式又增加了成本，不适合小规模生产方式；如果采用超声波熔接方式组装，不但对产品的结构设计要求高，需做导波线，而且超声波熔接受熔接面的不规则等因素，熔接不能百分之百达到防水密封性，还必须投入高昂的熔接机台费用，存在制作工艺要求高，成本高、防水性差的缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防水性好、防尘性好、制作简单、制作工艺简单、成本低廉的北斗定位天线外壳卡扣式组装结构，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：
一种北斗定位天线外壳卡扣式组装结构，包括外壳上盖、外壳下盖、天线模组、磁铁和天线，所述外壳上盖上设置有倒勾，外壳下盖上设有与倒勾适配的卡扣，外壳下盖上设置有磁铁，磁铁的上部设置有两组天线模组；所述天线穿设在外壳上盖与外壳下盖之间形成的通孔内，天线的另一端安装有接插件端。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型公开了一种全新的北斗定位天线壳体的安装结构，主要应用于各类卫星定位接收端的定位天线外壳，例如车载GPS和北斗系统定位天线外壳；本实用新型通过在外壳的上、下盖分别设计一个倒勾式卡扣，使之能组装到一起，进行卡扣式组装，使车载GPS和北斗系统定位天线的安装方式简单、可靠，再配合密封胶，完全能够满足三防要求；外壳上盖与外壳下盖之间通过倒勾紧密的钩在一起，以实现产品组装后上、下盖在无需其它如螺丝锁附和强力胶粘接方式的情况下不易脱落，具有防水性好、防尘性好、制作工艺简单、成本低廉的特点，使得产品便于量产化，产品安装在应用终端时更加可靠。

请参阅图1-2，一种北斗定位天线外壳卡扣式组装结构，包括外壳上盖1、外壳下盖2、天线模组5、磁铁6和天线7，所述外壳上盖1上设置有倒勾3，外壳下盖2上设有与倒勾3适配的卡扣4，外壳下盖2上设置有磁铁6，磁铁6的上部设置有两组天线模组5；所述天线7穿设在外壳上盖1与外壳下盖2之间形成的通孔内，天线7的另一端安装有接插件端。
