本实用新型涉及窑炉设备领域的燃烧梁,具体地说是一种燃烧梁封堵结构。
背景技术
石灰窑竖炉是一种对天然石灰石进行煅烧,使其分解生成石灰的工艺设备,广泛应用于钢铁、建材等行业,是此类行业中必不可少的一种工业设备。其内部从上到下依次分为预热区、煅烧区、冷却区和成品出口区,其中燃烧梁一直处于温度最高的煅烧区,其工作状态直接决定石灰的产量和质量,因此,燃烧梁的结构及寿命对石灰窑的生产能力起着十分关键的作用。
燃烧梁主要由横截面为矩形或T形的梁体构成,梁体内设有燃料管路、助燃空气管路和冷却介质流通的空腔,梁体上合理布置有与燃料管路相通的烧嘴,燃料由烧嘴喷射到石料上,与预热的助燃空气混合后燃烧,石灰石在高温下快速分解成石灰。安装燃烧梁时,一般先在炉体侧壁上砌筑出拱形孔洞,再将燃烧梁穿入拱形孔洞内。这样的安装方法往往存在拱形孔洞与炉体结合处密封性差的问题,当石灰窑运行时,窑内的火焰极易从拱形孔洞与主体耐火衬结合处向外漏窜,烧毁炉壳,损坏燃烧梁,并有可能对看火工造成人身伤害。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种燃烧梁封堵结构,以解决现有技术中燃烧梁封堵处密封性差、安全性能低的问题。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种燃烧梁封堵结构,在炉体侧壁上砌筑拱形孔洞,所述拱形孔洞内穿设有燃烧梁,所述拱形孔洞的内壁与所述燃烧梁之间设有包覆在所述燃烧梁上的硅酸铝纤维毡包覆层,在所述硅酸铝纤维毡包覆层的两端设有耐火浇注料的浇筑体,靠近所述炉体侧壁外表面的所述耐火浇注料的浇筑体凸出于所述炉体侧壁外表面,在凸出于所述炉体侧壁外表面的所述耐火浇注料的浇筑体与所述炉体侧壁外表面的连接处设有一圈加固角钢。
所述炉体侧壁由里至外依次设置有高铝耐火砖层、轻质保温砖层、耐火浇注料浇注层、硅钙板、硅酸铝纤维毡层和炉壳,所述耐火浇注料层与靠近所述炉体侧壁外表面的所述耐火浇注料的浇筑体为一体浇注成型。
本实用新型在耐火浇注料的浇筑体与炉体侧壁外表面连接处设置的加固角钢,增强了两者之间的连接强度,提高了拱形孔洞与炉体主体耐火衬结合处的密封性,避免了火焰从窑体内部窜出,安全性能得到提高。炉体侧壁的耐火浇注料层与靠近炉体侧壁外表面的耐火浇注料的浇筑体采用一体浇注成型,可有效阻止火焰漏窜。本实用新型在拱形孔洞和燃烧梁之间设置的硅酸铝纤维毡包覆层和耐火浇注料的浇筑体起到隔热保护的作用,同时硅酸铝纤维毡包覆层还可以补偿周围耐火砖因窑内高温而膨胀的空间,保护燃烧梁不受耐火砖的膨胀伤害,同时还保证了燃烧梁的正确标高,有利于延长燃烧梁的使用寿命、降低窑的维修成本、提高窑的产量和质量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,在炉体侧壁上砌筑有拱形孔洞,拱形孔洞内穿设有燃烧梁1,在拱形孔洞的内壁与燃烧梁1之间的中部设有包覆在所述燃烧梁1上的硅酸铝纤维毡包覆层2,在硅酸铝纤维毡包覆层2的两端设有耐火浇注料的浇筑体3,硅酸铝纤维毡包覆层2及其两端的耐火浇注料的浇筑体3对燃烧梁1与拱形孔洞之间的空隙形成封堵。靠近炉体侧壁内表面的耐火浇注料的浇筑体3的端面与炉体侧壁内表面平齐,靠近炉体侧壁外表面的耐火浇注料的浇筑体3凸出于炉体侧壁外表面,且凸出的部分与炉体侧壁外表面的连接处设有一圈用于增强两者之间连接强度的加固角钢4。炉体侧壁由里至外依次设置有高铝耐火砖层5(包括75高铝砖层和65高铝砖层)、轻质保温砖层6、耐火浇注料浇注层7、硅钙板8、硅酸铝纤维毡层9和炉壳10,这些结构共同组成炉体的耐火衬结构,其中耐火浇注料层7与靠近炉体侧壁外表面的耐火浇注料的浇筑体3为一体浇注而成,经过一定的时间后,封堵口处的浇注料变得坚硬牢固,且隔热保温效果良好。
本实用新型的实施操作简单、结构合理,提高了拱形孔洞与炉体耐火衬连接处的密封效果,可有效消除传统的燃烧梁封堵技术中存在安全隐患。

1.一种燃烧梁封堵结构,其特征在于,在炉体侧壁上砌筑拱形孔洞,所述拱形孔洞内穿设有燃烧梁,所述拱形孔洞的内壁与所述燃烧梁之间设有包覆在所述燃烧梁上的硅酸铝纤维毡包覆层,在所述硅酸铝纤维毡包覆层的两端设有耐火浇注料的浇筑体,靠近所述炉体侧壁外表面的所述耐火浇注料的浇筑体凸出于所述炉体侧壁外表面,在凸出于所述炉体侧壁外表面的所述耐火浇注料的浇筑体与所述炉体侧壁外表面的连接处设有一圈加固角钢。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃烧梁封堵结构,其特征在于,所述炉体侧壁由里至外依次设置有高铝耐火砖层、轻质保温砖层、耐火浇注料浇注层、硅钙板、硅酸铝纤维毡层和炉壳,所述耐火浇注料层与靠近所述炉体侧壁外表面的所述耐火浇注料的浇筑体为一体浇注成型。
